About this property

Your Hilton Head home away from home - Updated St. Andrews villa with Internet

Come and enjoy our 2nd floor villa. Granite kitchen, freshly painted cabinets, HDTV, new appliances, furniture, and gleaming hardwood floors throughout. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is located in the loft up a spiral staircase. It includes two twin bed which can be pushed together to form a king bed, and also has a private bath. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the vaulted Living area. The villa is perfect for a large family or two couples. High speed WiFi access allows you to check your email, surf the web for island activities, or stay an extra week because you can get some work done.

Hilton Head is a gorgeous place to spend a vacation, and St. Andrews in Palmetto Dunes is one of our favorite locations. You will be steps away from the beautiful pool, and a just a two-minute car ride or five minute bike ride from the beach.

Or, through Labor Day, take the free Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle to the beach or go shopping at Shelter Cove. Palmetto Dunes offers three championship golf courses, the nationally ranked Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center with 23 clay courts (2 hours of free court-time included for renters), and bike and kayak rentals.

Awesome place -perfect for me and two teen boys! Hosts were very quick to respond. Beds were all very comfortable! We had friends staying on the other side of the pool so the pool and beach were close and convenient. Definitely recommend!

Palmeto Dunes is my favorite community on Hilton Head Island. St. Andrews commons was not a place we had stayed before. This unit was located in a quiet beautiful area. Parking was close, the pool was one building away. Having acces to the beach and to the Dunes house was great. The General Store is priceless This unit layout was so cozy. They provided pool towels and check in was so simple. The unit has the 2nd bedroom loft, it can be warm but the owners provided 2 fans to help cool it down. The owners communicated clearly and answered questions quickly. Check out 11am was fantastic, The extra hour makes it so you are not rushing out the door. Would definitely vacation in the unit again!

Wonderful Retreat

Kids loved the loft!

Our family enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July at this quaint condo in Palmetto Dunes! Loved the ability to bike throughout the property and utilize the shuttle to access the beach. We appreciated the owners being flexible with our time frame for the trip.

We really enjoyed the condominium. It was clean and found it very comfortable. I would suggest that the non-stick fry pans be replaced as they were quite scratched. Other than that, we were quite pleased with all that was provided to us.

Location/property was as advertised. Only issue was the toilet upstairs ran constantly. Realized it was the chain getting stuck under the flapper and I was able to adjust that

Perfect Stay for Spring Break

Had a lovely time staying at this property. There were no issues that we incurred. The villa was clean, came with basic amenities, a cute box for each bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, eye makeup remover and bath salts, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was decently stocked with pots, pans, and what you might need for the week.

Adult trip to HHI

The condo was very nice, comfortable and in a great location. I just wish that there was a grill so we could have cookout inside of cooking out meals inside. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions in a timely fashion. We will definitely look at staying in the condo again.

Fun getaway

This property was an excellent choice for my two friends and myself. The unit was so nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals when we chose to eat in and the beds and pillows were vert comfortable. Tom, our host, could not have been more accommodating. We spoke several times and he was so very helpful and considerate. The unit looked out on the golf course and I enjoyed my early morning coffee on the porch while warching and lustening to the various birds. We frequented the beach and the pool daily. The free Dunes Buggy Shuttle was a great perk. It took us back and forth to the beach as well as to shopping and restaurants. We rode bikes daily and really appreciated the bikes that came with the unit. There were also beach chairs and an umbrella that came with the unit and we used them daily. Highly recommend this unit. We couldn't have found better hosts. We will definitely rent again. Thanks Tom and Jan.

Great Place

The property was as described. There was an issues with the AC Unit leaking and as soon as the owner was informed repair man were there immediately fixing it.
