With the pool out the front door and ocean views from the balcony, this condo is convenient to everything in South Forest Beach. Recently renovated, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The villa features a split AC unit with units in the bedroom and living room, full kitchen with granite counters, comfy queen bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper in the living room, large flat screen TV and beach chairs. Perfect for that Hilton Head couples getaway!

The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more.
The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Cozy place

The place was great! Very clean and organized. Very well located , just a few steps from the beach and the village. Just the weather wasn't great and it rained hard for 2 days! But overall very cozy.

Great stay!

This is a great place to stay. Cozy for 2 people. Everything nice in the unit. Communication with Kendall was super! We would highly recommend this unit….just steps from the beach and a couple of miles from lovely shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was supplied.

Good unit but unfortunately very bad weather

We liked the property, very clean. Just wanted to let you know that the garbage disposal did not work, the overhead light in the bathroom was out, smoke detector missing and the beach umbrella was broken. These items were in this condition when we arrived at the property.

Great Getaway!!!

This condo was perfect. The place has an elevator and luggage carts available. The beach is only a few steps away. The host was SOOOOOO friendly, accommodating, and very responsive! The condo was definitely perfect for our needs and much better than staying at a hotel. I would definitely book with this host in the future.

Wonderful location

This condo was the perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were included, the close walk to the beach and the kitchen! Coffee on the balcony while gazing at the ocean was a highlight!

Perfect Stay

The owner provided great communication from the start and throughout the trip and even went out of the way to provide laundry soap. The condo was in the perfect location being walking distance to a lot of restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed being right on the beach and having the pool as an option as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and would like to be back at some point. Thank you!

Great stay!

The property and room were both very clean upon our arrival! The hosts are very kind people and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They are easily available to reach if you need anything. We loved that the condo is right on the beach and the room was everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend staying here and if my husband and I return to Hilton head in the future, we would book here again!

Great Location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We were only down for a few days for fishing but had a great time. Right on the beach, within walking distance to Coligny plaza which has food and shopping. Nothing fancy but we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean. Pretty standard 2 room condo. Not really walking distance for 80 yr olds. Excellent dining recommendations. We'd add Nunzio's and Hindi.

Weekend Getaway

The villa was right on the beach. The villa was recently renovated with up to date appliances. Everything was exactly as it was advertised. The place was clean and cozy. We walked to Coligny and enjoyed the beach. I would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay!

This was our third time staying at Seaside Villas and everytime we stayed here was great! This condo is located right outside the pool area which was great for us because our daughter loves the pool! It was so nice to be steps away! The condo overall was very nice and cozy and so CLEAN when we arrived! The owner Kendall was extremely nice and communication was excellent! She let us know when the condo would be ready and on the second day made sure we had everything we needed! I really appreciated that! Overall I highly recommend this condo cause it’s steps away from the beach, location is great with shops and restaurant right down the road!

Great location!

Unit was very nice for two people. Exactly as described, had everything that we needed. Only a 5 minute/ or less walk to a very nice beach, pool was clean and well maintained. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Property manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions that we had/ communication was great!

Location was very nice. The beach is beautiful! The property itself needs some looking after. The bathroom door does not close for instance. The faucet in the shower needs help. Not a repeat stay i'm afraid.

Great condo in great location

This condo is in the perfect location if you like the beaches of Hilton Head. You can be on the beach in a few minutes. The condo is perfect for two people. The condo was clean and comfortable. Kendall was great and responded quickly if I had a question. Walk to restaurants and bars.

Getaway

Check in process was extremely smooth. Unit is clean however smaller than I realized but adequate for a few days. Close proximity to shopping (grocery store etc) I would only suggest more guest towels and replace old frying pans .

Just okay

My husband and I stayed here for about 3 days and our experience was just okay. We didn’t receive the codes we needed the day of our arrival and had to reach out to the owner to get them. Once we got there (an hour past our check-in time) we come to find our room hadn’t been cleaned. We then waited 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. It was cleaned quickly but that did make us question the cleanliness of it. The room is very small and definitely needs some TLC. There’s not a lot of kitchen supplies so I’d definitely recommend eating out the majority of the time you’re there. Also, the walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors shower water running and the bed is right next to the door so you can hear everyone outside of the room. Speaking of shower water, the water pressure is great but the drain doesn’t work well so it was difficult to shower because it quickly turned into a bath. Overall, our experience was just okay. A decent walk to the beach and about a half mile to a big shopping center. Good places to eat near by. Personally not for us but fair for the price!

Nice Mini-Vaca
