The 59m² large duplex apartment is a complete house and offers enough space for 1-4 people. The ground floor houses a large kitchen with dining area. This is located in a light-filled window projection which allows a great view into the garden. This is equipped with a terrace, where there are also a sitting area, deck chairs and a beach chair. Upstairs is a large, bright bedroom with large double bed. The room is large enough to set up a cot. The bathroom is bright and modern.

The builder of the house, Heinrich Wissmann, after the war, when there were hardly any jobs on Langeoog, found his livelihood in finding stones from the mud flats (so-called "shotguns"), which were then used for bank protection were installed at the port.
