This unique property on an approximately 4000 m² enclosed plot is located in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery. Treat yourself to the perfect getaway in this magnificent ensemble, which can accommodate a maximum of eight people and consists of three living units. While two units have a bedroom with a mini kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace, the third unit consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a living room and a terrace. On the property, in addition to several terraces, you can also enjoy a pool, a jacuzzi, a barbecue and a bocce court. The tennis and basketball court located 150 meters away can be rented directly from the owner. On the spacious property there is a vegetable garden and many fruit trees such as figs, tangerines and lemons. Swim at the beautiful beaches in the nearby town of Supetar and stroll through the town center with harbor, restaurants and other important facilities.
