Living room with kitchen area, fridge with freezer compartment, glass-ceramic hob, double bed, bathroom with shower, south-facing sunny balcony (4 x 2 m), DSL connection, from October 2017 incl. BicyclesParking on property, Non smoking rooms, Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and utilities (electricity, water) included in the price, please bring your own towels A small, cozy barbecue with evening sun, the table tennis nook and the children's play area are available to all holidaymakers in the house. Bicycle rental FREE until May (June, July and August: 3 EUR / day and bicycle): Loan on demand and if bicycles are available and after booking when booking, in advance, or on site. We have for you 28 brand gentlemen's bikes (trekking), as well as 28 and 26 brand women's bikes (trekking and city), all up to date with lighting, hub dynamos, luggage carriers and bags. In addition we have 2 children's bikes (14 and 16 inches) and 2 youth bikes (24s).

Usedom ist immer wieder einen Urlaub wert. Saubere und weite Strände.

Kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit maritimen Flair. Für ein bis zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Großer Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen und sogar zwei Liegen stehn zur Verfügung. In der kleinen Küche kann man nicht nur Frühstück zubereiten, sondern auch mal etwas kochen. Bei zwei Personen und für zwei Wochen ist allerdings etwas wenig Stauraum für Kleidung. Werde ich gern wieder buchen.

Schöner Urlaub im Winter

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Schöne helle Wohnung, nur in der dunklen Jahreszeit leider abends nicht genügend Licht, um auch mal ein Buch zu lesen. Eine Stehlampe könnte hier gut Abhilfe schaffen, diese Würde auch beim Kochen gut für Helligkeit sorgen. Alles in Allen Preis/Leistung = Sehr gut Fam. Franke

Alles war voll in Ordnung, nur das WLAN-Internet fehlte vollkommen. Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung ist abends zum Lesen guter Bücher nicht ausreichend. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung echt schnuckelig.

Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und hübsch maritim eingericht. Wir haben sie sehr sauber empfunden , etwas negativ ist die Hellhörigkeit der Unterkunft . Etwas merkwürdig fanden wir auch die Schließung der Unterkunft , es war nur ein ganz stinknormaler Zimmerschlüssel (Bartschlüssel),das sollte zu heutiger Zeit kein Standard sein . Die Begrüßung vorne im Laden war auch etwas unfreundlich , mir wurde vorgeworfen "Sie haben Urlaub und ich muß hier 11 Stunden im Laden stehen,also nerven Sie nicht"

Für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend

Kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend und somit ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Ideal ist die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und Strand von Zinnowitz. Ruhige Lage da das Haus in zweiter Reihe zur Straße liegt, damit bekommt man nichts vom Straßenverkehr mit.

Eine schöne helle Wohnung. Ideal für 2 Personen. Parkplatz, WLAN, Fahrräder war alles da. Schöner Balkon mit Liegestühlen. Wir waren zufrieden.

Sehr schöne moderne gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung in Zinnowitz

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, am besten allein, wenn man im doppelbett schlafen kann auch für zwei. Sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze ist sehr gut, man schläft prima, auch weil es ruhig ist. Die Küche mit allem bestückt. Der Balkon ist groß und super. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das einzige was richtig schlecht ist, ist die Dame aus dem souvenirshop von der man die Schlüssel holen muss. Das ist die unfreundlichste Person, die ich je kennengelernt habe. Ich habe mich null willkommen gefühlt und von oben herablassend behandelt. Ganz furchtbar, ein einziges Ärgernis, was mein Ankommen zerstört hat. Was auch nicht gut war, dass es keine Info gab, ab wann man ins Zimmer kann bzw die Schlüssel bekommt. In meinem Fall erst ab 15 Uhr, was ich zu spät fand, weil das Zeitfenster nur bis 18 Uhr ging. Schlechte Organisation der Übergabe an den Gast.
