About this property

Panoramic Coeur D'Alene Lake View - 5 Minutes to Town

Approximately 1400 sq ft home has one bedroom, one loft area, one bathroom, great room, kitchen, dinning area. Main level bedroom has queen size bed. Upstairs has a large room that functions as a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunkbeds and sitting room. Kitchen is fully equipped including cook top, convection microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker,, toaster oven. NO OVEN!
***This house has zero stairs to access the loft/1bedroom but requires a winding staircase to access the downstairs kitchen, bathroom, living room and master bedroom area. There are also stairs to access the outdoor sitting/barbeque area.
Barbecue area outside with picnic table and fire pit.
Linens includes bedding, towels, and beach towels.
The views and setting of this property is a true example of what Idaho has to offer. The woodsy setting, quite pristine views of the lake make it all worthwhile. We are very close to all the lake activities only 5 minutes to downtown Coeur d' Alene and within 30-45 minutes to Spokane airport, Silverwood Theme park and, three major ski resorts including Switzer, Silver Mountain, and Spokane Mountain. Access to the I-90 freeway is only 5 minutes from this home.
Our rate is $225 to $285 per night depending on the time of year, We offer reduction rates for weekly rates 7 night minimum. We require $150 cleaning fee (includes extra cleaning for Covid). Rate is for families which includes 2 adults and 2(3) children. Or our place is great for just a couple getaway or two couples who want to come relax by the lake! More than 5 people is and additional $25 for each additional person. Pets are $150 per stay. We have a boat docking available for an additional $35 per day, water access to boat only. There is NO beach and water access included in this vacation rental, HOWEVER, there is awesome access to several public beaches within 1/2 mile to 1 mile of the vacation rental. Easy boat, kayak, paddle boarding launch right down the street super close. :)

It was the e perfect location for a ladies weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday!! It was quiet, with a wonderful patio area where we could just relax, drink coffee, eat, and hangout. The location was perfect to get to town or on the freeway quickly. Judi was a great host too!!

Amazing guest house

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend. The cabin and amenities were perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The layout is cool and the views of the lake were perfect. We could see the fireworks through the trees. Location is close to town but just far enough away that it's not convenient to walk anywhere which was a bummer for us.

Amazing cabin! Super private and quiet. Amazing lake views! Located on the centennial bike trail that allows easy access to downtown CDA and goes all the way to Spokane. Super comfy beds. Awesome garage playroom with additional futon. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the outside sitting areas. It was super hot when we visited and the A/C units worked great. Ideally located just a few minutes to downtown CDA, Tubbs Hill trails and Tony’s and Vantage Brewery even closer. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

Nice property that was very clean and in a quiet area with lake views. Easy to get into town. The only word of caution for anyone considering this property would be the spiral staircase. There is only 1 bathroom in the property and it is located down a spiral staircase. This wasn't apparent to me when I booked and while it did not cause any issues for me and my family, it was a bit of a surprise as a senior member of our party needed to navigate the stairs a bit carefully and it took a bit of a toll on their knees.

The property was easy to access and close to town. Nice view of the lake. The stairs to get down to the main living area are a bit tight we left a light on to navigate the bathroom at night. The property was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit. Only suggestion is beef up the internet please. It was spotty and only 10 mb at best.

Tranquil retreat

Judy and Jim’s place was the perfect spot to start our family road trip vacation! Plenty of space for the 4 of us, and the game room was a hit with the whole family. Good location. I thought the cabin was cute. It has a nice view of the lake. Its right off the lake trail. Its 4 minutes to a fun mexican restaurant where I had a great strawberry jalapeño margarita. We had a great trip to Coeur d'Alene staying here.

Had a wonderful stay- close enough to town that we were able to make the trip often without it feeling like a chore but also felt that we were in a more remote setting when we were at the house. Great Place with Beautiful Views

Wonderful place with wonderful hosts. GREAT VIEWS from every corner. The cabin worked perfectly for our family of 4. Our 2 preteen boys loved the game room. The atypical layout gave them their own space upstairs. As mentioned in other reviews, you will have to use some stairs, but we had no issues. The outdoor patio was great for a grill-out. Highly recommend.

Lovely View

Beautiful tree scape. Kind of a treehouse experience with the spiral staircase. It is tricky loading to kitchen and living area. You have to be semi fit to navigate loading-unloading. There are several stairs to enter home. The fire pit was lovely. The game room was a plus! Our dog loved it! We recommend this house for sure. Most likely will stay again.
