About this property

Eugénie's House, Garden, All-Inclusive

Welcome to "La maison d'Eugénie", completely renovated in 2025, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people.
Located close to the city center, the main mutual insurance companies and all amenities, it has a comfortable bedroom upstairs and an outdoor space to enjoy peaceful evenings after a busy day.
You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay, in a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Self-arrival thanks to a key box.
House completely renovated, new equipment. Located in a quiet residential area.

First floor:

- Fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave. Basic necessities are available for more comfort (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, spices, sugar as well as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder...).

- Central island with 4 high stools, allowing you to take your meals, but also to telework.

- Lounge area, with a sofa bed, coffee table and television, with access to many TV channels, high-speed internet access.

Upstairs:

A double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), two bedside tables, a dresser, a wardrobe and an armchair that can be transformed into an extra single bed.

Possibility of adding a travel cot, at an additional cost of €5 for the entire stay. Please ask us for it.

In summer, we install mobile air conditioning upstairs, for more comfort.

- A bathroom: shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, toilet. Individual soap, shower gel and shampoo available for your stay.

Outside:PGJyPgPGJyPg
- A 50 m² garden with terrace. A garden table and four chairs will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days.

- A small outbuilding that can store your bicycles for example.

The house is non-smoking, please smoke or vape outside the house.

Bed linen, household linen and towels are at your disposal for your stay. The bed is made on arrival. Cleaning is included. We just ask you to empty the dishwasher and take out the garbage.
