This is our newest, 4th vacation rental property in southern Colorado Springs. We do hope that we could make it even better than the other ones based on our 4 years of experience and having 300 great reviews + being a 14-time Superhost. This property was exclusively chosen and recently rebuilt for vacationers. It is very close to all the major attractions including Colorado Springs downtown yet our guest can enjoy the nature as well because behind this house is a huge open field.

In this 2,700 sq ft ranch style house you can feel really at home. Oversized 2-car garage and spacious driveway for extra cars. Great location at a very friendly neighborhood. There is a state park only about 300 yards and the area has access to Highway I-25. There are numerous attractions to visit nearby. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Have a large group of 8 or more people and need more space? We got you covered. 5 bedrooms and with 7 beds and 2 sleepers sofas in addition can accommodate comfortably 12 or even more guests.

The entire property is only for the guests without any limitation.

We are living almost next door to this property and can assist you 24/7 even personally if needed. But we respect your privacy and will never bother you unless there is an urgent need for that.

The neighbourhood is a very nice but conservative one. The people are exceptionally friendly and the properties are very well maintained.

This property was chosen for vacation rental to make sure that it is close to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to I-25 and yet it has a very unique atmosphere. Right behind the property there is a huge open field for kids to play without any danger of getting bothered by anybody.

We respect our neighbors privacy and we don’t want our guests to bother them in any ways that is out of ordinary in a conservative district. Please, make sure that after 9:45PM you keep your voice down if your outside of the house. We do not tolerate any kind of parties or large family events. The maximum number of guests and visitors can never exceed more than 15 adults at the property.

Large family vacation

This home was just as pictured. There was a ton of room for all to move around. The owner was super responsive when I had questions. Will stay here again!

Girl Scout trip

We took our Girl Scouts to Colorado for a few days and this served as our home base. Really convenient to shopping, restaurants and the freeway to get where we needed to go. The house isn’t fancy, but it was spotless. It has a nice outdoor space for eating, not that we got to use it due to rain!

The dryer quit working, but the property owners graciously agreed to dry our clothes at their place and returned them promptly!

Wonderful house

I'm a proud husband of my wife Julianna, the father of our two daughters, and the grandpa of their five children - all living in Colorado Springs. We moved to the US from Hungary with my wife at age 54 in 2013 to be close to our family members.

I was an entrepreneur type of person my entire life. We built with decades of hard work from absolutely zero up to the top in the industry. This company was one of the most significant family-owned car parts manufacturing and retailing LLC in Hungary. We sold this company in 2013 when we had decided to move to the USA for good.

I love all kinds of sports, especially auto-sports. From 1995 for a few years, I had the opportunity to be a professional race car driver and, during that time to win the Hungarian Rallycross and Autocross champion in 1998 - sponsored by the Shell Oil LLC of Hungary.

I also love traveling, and fortunately, I had the opportunity to travel to numerous countries in different parts of the world. Probably, this is why I can appreciate the five-star hospitality and do my best to provide it to others in our own business.

As a VRBO vacation rental host, I aim to give all my guests even more than I would like to experience when traveling with my family.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property to expand our vacation rental business in 2021 as the 4th STR. It was completely remodeled and rebuilt to make it even more comfortable for our guests based on our over 4-year experience in the STR business.

By now, we added extra features like the gym area in the basement's hallway, hot tub for six persons, garden deck with firepit, etc.

The kitchen is very well equipped. We have everything that might be needed to cook or bake a great meal.

The bedrooms are spacious, especially the main bedroom with a door to the backyard only a few steps away from the hot tub or deck.

We installed Roku Smart TV.s in every room, and the diner, and the high-speed internet covers the entire property.

The property is close to most major attractions and shopping centers, yet the area is quiet because there is hardly any traffic on the street.

What makes this property unique

This property is almost next door to ours, where we live on top of Stratmoor Hills. This way, if needed, we can provide even personal assistance within minutes.

In the backyard of this property, there is a large deck with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor furniture for up to 16 people.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 15 adult guests + kids, and the entire property was exclusively remodeled to serve guests comfortably on short terms up to 14 days.

There is a magnificent night view from the backyard of the surrounding area. You can enjoy it while using the BBQ for a great meal and have it by the fire pit. But the same night view is enjoyable from the hot tub too. There is a nice view of Cheyenne Mountain's top area from the front yard.

The property is close to everything, yet it is very peaceful. In addition, it is in a very friendly and conservative area in Southern Colorado Springs.
