The additional walk out basement living/rec room includes a futon for additional sleeping accomodations. The sound of the Pond Fountain adjacent from the back yard is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Thoughtful touches like a coffee bar, an iron, steamer and hair dryers add to the comfort throughout the home. Whether you’re gathering with friends or enjoying some quiet time, this phenomenal retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere. A great place to call homebase while you’re away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Noon check out is fine Please nothing but water down the kitchen sink especially NO coffee grounds, pasta or egg shells.
Trash pick up is on Wednesday mornings, if you are staying mid week would you please roll the trash can out next to the mail box.
If you use the grill or the porch heater tower please turn off the propane at the tank valve when finished.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Garage is locked off. When parking in the driveway be aware not to park directly under the tall pine trees as they tend to drop sap occasionally.

We LOVED this home! It was in such a perfect location and pretty neighborhood! So amazing for walks....and just a few steps from the back entrance of the Broadmoor. And so many good memories on the back porch with family, such an ideal setting. And the kitchen had EVERYTHING. This home made it perfect! And the primary bathroom and shower was incredible. I am nothing but thankful the host was willing to share this home with us.

This is an exceptional property. It accommodates large family and friend groups easily. It is certainly provisioned with everything one could ask for and more. The location is excellent - just a short stroll to the Broadmoor. There is a great deck for viewing the deer who come to visit and to enjoy the woodsy surroundings. Host Sean responds immediately to any questions -always helpful. In other words we enjoyed our stay there!!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars! The home is located in a quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood where we enjoyed seeing deer roam through the area in the mornings and evenings. Safe area for walks. It was cool and spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed—and then some.The host was extremely helpful, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. There was plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot and sparkling clean. We also loved relaxing on the inviting back patio. Having multiple TVs was nice and extra bonus of an outdoor tv as well.The only small suggestion we have is that the top bunk bed could use a safety rail. Our child was nervous about rolling out during the night, so adding one would make it more comfortable for families with young children.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. It’s in a great central location and was close to everything we had planned. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and would happily stay here again!

We had a really great stay and thoroughly enjoyed both the house and the surrounding area. The home was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and provided plenty of useful information that made our stay even better.We especially loved the location and enjoyed exploring the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this host and property to anyone considering a visit!
