Pikes Peak State College is at the top of the hill, and Fort Carson Gate 4 at the end of the street! The Royal Gorge, Salida, and Woodland Park are just a couple of clicks away! Enjoy the close-by downtown night life of Colorado Springs, the eclectic vibe of Manitou Springs. So much to see and do you will have to come back to Base Camp for relax, refresh, reload, and do it again tomorrow!

The host was friendly and welcoming. All the extra amenities such as the hot tub, the theater room, strong wi-fi, and the roomy kitchen, made this home very special. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and cozy. We will definitely keep this one on our list of favorites.
