Located on the garden level of a traditional Périgord house, right in the heart of the village, the apartment is completely independent. It has direct access to the garden, furnished with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a view of the church, a listed historical monument. It features a separate bedroom, a living room with a TV and DVD player, a speaker, an iPhone charger, Apple TV, numerous books, and board games. A kitchenette with all the necessary dishes, a shower room, and garden furniture including lounge chairs, a seating area, a table, benches, and a barbecue complete the amenities. There is access to a washing machine on the owners' floor and a public laundromat 50 metres away, near the village bar/restaurant and supermarket.
