This two-story villa features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The upper floor has a terrace, while the ground floor includes a spacious living area with a kitchen, dining room, a separate toilet and another terrace that opens to the garden and swimming pool equipped with a security alarm.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, mature garden offering stunning 180-degree views of the golf course and lake. You can easily walk to the golf course, driving range, restaurant, and spa.
The villa is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the motorway, shops, restaurants, cinema, and an Olympic swimming pool. The Aix-en-Provence TGV station is 50 minutes away, while Marseille Provence and Nice airports are an hour's drive. You'll find numerous wine estates along the road to the villa, perfect for wine tasting experiences as well as many nearby attractions. Cotignac (voted the most beautiful village in France in 2023) is 25 minutes away; Aix-en-Provence is 50 minutes away; and the Gorges du Verdon and beaches such as Hyères, Porquerolles, and Saint-Tropez are about an hour away.
