A 1-MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH, Casa Paloma is your tropical home away from home.
Located in a small beach community that offers snorkeling, scuba, and fishing excursions, the modern townhouse features an equipped kitchen, bbq, comfy beds, and fun beach style. You'll LOVE the beautiful pool just steps away!
A 5-minute drive from the bustling beach town of Coco and day-trip distance to Tamarindo's surf and the volcano, Rincon de Viejo, Casa Paloma is a great base to explore this magical area.
Located in the secured complex of Vista Ocotal, this well appointed 3-bed, 3-bath offers a landscaped communal pool (steps from the casa); a front patio with lush garden; and back patio with private bbq.
The house has recently been painted and redecorated. We splurged on things we love like great stemware, beautiful sheets, and loads of nooks to relax outside. Beach gear, books, games, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast WIFI (100 Mpbs) make Casa Paloma the ideal accommodation for digital nomads, families and friends. Relax poolside, go beach hopping or take in Ocotal's gorgeous black-sand beach and watch the sunset at iconic Father Rooster's beach bar and grill.
WE DO RECOMMEND A CAR OR GOLFCART as there are no amenities within walking distance except for Father Rooster.
Howler monkeys and birds abound at Casa Palomo, so enjoy the sounds of nature and revel in this hotspot of biodiversity.
Please note that although there are stairs in Casa Paloma, one bedroom and one bathroom is on the main floor for older guests or those with mobility issues.

Wonderful Stay !

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Paloma !! Amy was absolutely amazing and so accommodating ( especially during these uncertain Covid time's) Everything was just like the photos pictured ( if not better) A very organized and well stocked Condo with xtra toilet tissue, Beach towels, pool inflatable, beach chairs, coolers, lots of ice trays, Plastic cups to take to the pool, which is just steps from the condo :) The beds were really comfortable ,nice linens ,fluffy towels in the bathroom. Air conditioner in each room all in great working order. We really enjoyed the balcony in the mornings, with the very nice leather rocking chairs! Amy arranged a shuttle from Liberia Airport for all of us. We rented a golf cart to get around to the other 2 pools that you have use of while staying here ,and into the town of Coco about 15 minutes away for day trips. We Really enjoyed our stay , Would highly recommend , It is a very Quiet , Lovely and Peaceful place to stay :)

Why they chose this property

This is my family's home. We spend months here during the year and want to share this special part of the world. We love snorkelling in Ocotal Bay (and often spot Olive Ridley turtles), paddleboarding to see the jumping rays and doing day trips to Tamarindo (to surf) and Las Catalinas (to mountain bike). You can hike volcanoes, beach hop or just chill by the pool. Whatever your day looks like, we hope you love our little piece in paradise as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

We bought this home and wanted to make it a comfortable and practical base to explore the area. We love to be outside and have created loads of little nooks to hang outside. Look for monkeys, birds, butterflies and iguanas in one of three outdoor patios.
