This Japanese-inspired architect's villa was built next to a Charme in 2018. At sunrise, the birds do not fail to sing, La Villa d'Uzès will welcome you to make you experience the most beautiful lights of this South Side of Occitania. With its breathtaking view you will enjoy beautiful landscapes during the 4 seasons, the Chateau d'Aubussargues, the Temple and the vineyards... Calm and serenity are certainly its assets.

On the ground floor, a beautiful entrance with a large closet, a laundry room, 3 suites on the ground floor each with wardrobes and storage drawers, its own Tadelakt bathroom and a private bathroom offering perfect privacy.

The suspended staircase leads to the large living room open to the living room, the dining room and a 70 m² walkway terrace with a panoramic view of more than 180°.
The island kitchen in black granite from Zimbabwe allows conviviality with dining possibilities inside or on the passageway terrace. A separate toilet, sink and shower.

We welcome our guests on arrival to introduce the Villa and give them a remote control that allows them to open the gate of the property and the code of the digicode to enter the Villa.

Our guests have access to the entire villa.PGJyPg�PGJyPgOur guests have access to the entire garden, the pool house including a shower, a sink and a toilet. a patio and dining area, a small outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, the 11 m by 5 m beach swimming pool and the deckchairs.

Our guests have the possibility to park 2 cars under a porch adjoining the Villa and a space is reserved to park a 3rd vehicle in the property.

Access to the property is shared. In the backyard, a small outbuilding and a parking space are reserved for the owners.

The house is equipped with a water softener and the swimming pool is perfectly micro-dosed by a chlorine regulation.

On request, we can provide a travel cot.
