Beautiful apartment balcony / Rhine view: Rhine, Rheinsteig, hiking box spring bed

The modern apartment (about 38 sqm) can accommodate two people and is equipped with high quality. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bathroom with tub and a tasteful living / sleeping area. A high-quality box spring bed (double bed) and a large couch (extendable as additional sofa bed), granite tiles and satellite TV complete the facilities. A balcony with a view of the Rhine is also available. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished. The Rheinsteig and the ferry to Bopparad are within walking distance. Many sights in the World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley are easily accessible (Loreley, Rüdesheim, Marksburg, Koblenz). Shops (Lidl, pharmacy) are in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible around the corner at Lidl free of charge. Luggage can also be unloaded in the yard. Behind the house is a beautiful garden with apple trees and a fishpond. Bicycles are available for free.

In the village there is also an outdoor pool, post office, tourist information and a boat landing stage. Well-kept restaurants invite you to a cozy meal. The train connections to Koblenz or Rüdesheim with VIAS are very good.

Geweldige locatie

Het appartement was mooier dan de foto's laten zien. Schoon, gezellig, compleet ingericht.( je kan zien dat de verhuurster dit appartement met liefde beheerd) en een prachtig uitzicht, vanaf het balkon, maar ook vanuit bed. Heerlijk wakker worden met uitzicht op de Rijn. En het is ook nog een goed bed!

Würden nicht wieder buchen

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Allerdings sind sowohl das Boxspringbett als auch die Schlafcouch völlig durchgesessen /-gelegen. Wir haben kaum schlafen können. Entgegen der Angaben in der Check-in-Mail war es nicht möglich im Hof zu parken. Auch das im Inserat angegebene WLAN war in der Zeit von ca. 22 - 7 Uhr nicht verfügbar. Im Bad am Waschbecken sowie in der Küche gibt es nur kaltes Wasser (lt. Aussage Frau Wies ist der Weg im Bad zu weit daher kein warmes Wasser und in der Küche habe man ja eine Spülmaschine). Da auch die Heizung nicht funktionierte haben wir Frau Wies darauf angesprochen und als Antwort bekommen, dass ja später die Sonne wieder scheinen würde. Wir haben später eine Bootstour gemacht und konnten vom Schiff aus sehen, dass der Schornstein der Haushälfte in der die Vermieterin wohnt qualmte - dort schien also geheizt zu werden. Da es uns ohne Heizung wirklich zu kalt war (definitiv unter 18°C), haben wir uns nach nur einer Nacht zur Abreise entschlossen und waren etwas verwundert, dass nicht einmal nach dem Grund gefragt wurde. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Het appartement voldeed aan alle eisen.

Alles prima geregeld , alles was aanwezig. De ontvangst was hartelijk. Het uitzicht was erg mooi, goed toeven op het balkon. De foto's op de site gaven geen goed beeld hoe het in werkelijkheid was.

Saubere und gut ausgestattene, moderne Wohnung - ideal für zwei Personen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatten einige Tipps für die Umgebung auf Lager. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Rhein hat uns jeden Abend fasziniert.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie sie beschrieben ist. Es ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Balkon, Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit direktem Rheinblick - man kann sogar vom Bett aus die zahlreichen Schiffe passieren sehen. Gute Lage für Tagesausflüge, ob per Schiff, zu Fuß, per Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad. Lidl und Rewe direkt um die Ecke. Lediglich heißes/warmes Wasser beim Duschen und in der Küche, sowie der fehlende Duschvorhang, sind eine Sache für sich... Im Bad ist nach dem Duschen leider alles nass und die Wassertemperatur quasi nicht regulierbar... Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen!

Schöne saubere Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist wohl persönlichen Gewohnheiten zuzuschreiben :). Einzig die Dusche ließ uns manchmal verzweifeln - durch einen Boiler angetrieben war es nicht immer einfach die richtige Wassertemperatur einzustellen. Die Umgebung ist super, die Aussicht einfach perfekt. Auch die Möglichkeit Fahrräder auszuleihen haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin absolut unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Geräumige Fewo mit tollem Rheinblick

Fewo mit tollem Rheinblick, gut ausgestattet, blitzesauber und mit viel Platz. Freundlicher Telefonkontakt und sehr netter Empfang durch Vermieterin. Lediglich ein Duschvorhang, im sonst neuen Bad, und eine Beschattung auf dem Balkon wären verbesserungsfähig. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, super Küchenausstattung sind vorhanden. W-Lan funktioniert. Die Straße vor dem Haus und die Züge, die durch das Rheintal fahren, haben uns nicht gestört. Pkw kann problemlos auf Supermarktparkplatz in der Nähe abgestellt werden. Alles in allem empfehlenswert, gerne wieder, Preis- Leistung passen.

Super Lage und Ausstattung

Die Lage ist super: Das Lidl ist direkt ums Eck, auf dem Balkon kann man in der Abendsonne die Schiffe vorbeiziehen sehen und auch der Bahnhof ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und das Boxspringbett ist sehr bequem. Wir haben legelich einen Duschvorhang vermisst. Die Vermittlerin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation sher gut und schnell.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist neu, gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus schaut man sofort auf den Rhein und kann die Schiffe, die zahlreich auf dem Rhein fahren toll verfolgen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Als Privatreisende haben wir das Objekt für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und bietet genug Raum für zwei Personen. Allerdings verwunderte das Fehlen eines Duschvorhangs für die Baddusche sowie die Beschattung (Sonnenschirm) für den Balkon. Laut Beschreibung kann man aber den Garten mitbenutzen, was wir aber wg. des fehlenden Rheinblicks nicht gemacht haben. Es ist aber zu beachten, dass das Haus direkt an einer Bundesstraße liegt, die auch nachts regelmäßig befahren wird. Auch die Rheinschifffahrt und die gegenüberliegende Bahn sorgt für Lärm (nicht so sehr die hinter dem Haus entlanglaufende Bahn). Mit Ohrenstöpsel und morgens geschlossenen Fenstern zum Rhein hin, ist es allerdings problemlos auszuhalten. Ebenfalls positiv der sehr naheliegende Supermarkt (Lidl). Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!!!

Een mooi appartement met een schitterend uitzicht over de Rijn en naar de overkant op de stad Boppard. Verder een mooie locatie voor uitstapjes in het mooiste gebied van de Rijn
