Ground floor: Open plan living and dining area, comfortable sofa and color TV, dining table with seating. From here access to the terrace with garden furniture and small. Garden. Lockable storage room on the terrace.   Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, four-burner electric stove and oven and all necessary electrical appliances. Toilets. Flooring fully tiled.   Upper floor: A double bedroom, a bedroom or children's room with a single bed and a pull-out bunk bed with 2 sleeping places. Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine.  If you want to bring your own sheets and towels, you can rent from us.

Modern Non smoking Brick House features a screened terrace and small garden. 2 Bedrooms. Lockable garden shed. Dog allowed.  The beach, the harbor and the family center Nessmersiel Sturmfrei with WellnessOase are within walking distance. Nessmersiel is also often referred to as "the Mecca of the Wattwanderer" because most of the mudflats to the East Frisian North Sea islands Norderney and Baltrum start here as well as into the Wadden Sea World Heritage.

Haus und Lage sind gut.

Haus war OK, unzufrieden waren wir mit den Gartenmöbeln, die Stühle waren so dreckig, dass man sie ohne sauber zu machen nicht benutzen konnte, die Kante des Gartentische war abgebrochen und offensichtlich abgeschliffen worden um sich nicht zu verletzen. Sauberkeit in den Schränken kann verbessert werden.
