Gorgeous lake and mountain vistas await at this stunning 3BR/3BA condo located in Sail Lofts -- a complex within a five-minute walk to Lake Dillon and Amphitheater, Dillon’s Town Park playground, tennis, pickle ball and an array of other activities. Or take an easy drive to five major US ski resorts including Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, and the Loveland Ski Area. The Summit County Bike Path, a 55 mile paved, non-motorized system, is just steps from your door.
Greet the day on two balconies overlooking the lake framed by the Tenmile Mountain Range before heading out for a day of adventure. Kick back on the leather sleeper sofas to enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the window-lined living room, or watch the game on the 50-inch TV with the gas fireplace adding ambience to your stay.
Wake up to mountain vistas in the ultra-private primary suite, detailed with a 50-inch TV and ensuite bathroom with a granite double vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Doctors Choice pillow-top mattress and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Find a full-size bed, a twin bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity in the third bedroom. There are also two unbelievably comfortable sofa beds with four-inch plush, high-density foam mattresses.
Enjoy morning coffee at the four-person granite kitchen bar and share home-cooked meals at a dining table for eight. The gourmet kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range and a plethora of cookware to make meal preparation easy.
Access is easy via the elevator from the garage, where there is parking for two cars (additional parking is available outside), and also a large closet for skis & bikes.

Everything was in order when we arrived. Plenty of instructions for thermostat, parking rules, garbage, etc.Very comfy place in a great skiing location!
It was the perfect setup for our party of 8. Three full baths, no one had to share, and many comfy sleeping options. Inside parking is nice perk. We’ve always stayed in Keystone, but this Dillon location can’t be beat. Great for skiing Keystone or Breck, and the view is phenomenal!
Two families stayed here over the weekend for skiing. We love the "downtown" Dillon location! Everything was great and it's brand spankin' new. The view of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains is breathtaking too! The beds weren't our favorite in terms of comfort due to the memory foam top, but we slept fine and they served their purpose. Great to have indoor parking spaces too.

Stayed with our college aged son and two of his friends. Perfect setup for this, with master suite upstairs and two bedrooms plus living area downstairs. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have had for this large group of healthy eaters. Additional instructions provided by Vacasa and the owner were very helpful. Awesome views. Very convenient to groceries and services; about 5 minutes by car. We came to ski, and appreciated the heated parking.
Nice 3 bedroom condo, very clean, each bedroom has private bath. Beautiful views of the mountains, comfortable beds and furniture. Private washer/dryer. Checking in was confusing with instructions and codes for gate/garage entry - there was no gate. 10 digit code for condo door didn't work and had to call for help - was given a simple 4 digit code that worked. Kitchen was also missing items including auto dish wash detergent, hot pads, and cutting board was non-useable. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful view / New clean property / Quick response
We a family of three enjoyed out stay at the Lake Dillon condo. The place was clean, the kitchen was a treat to work in. The washer and dryer was big and efficient. The views from every room in the condo are spectacular. There is ample storage. There is a rolling cart right at the garage to take luggage in. We felt safe and relaxed.
One of the other aspects we really appreciated is the quick response to texts from Turnkey. This was very different from other companies I have worked with. It is a good feeling to know there is someone at the other end in case you get stuck.
You will want to bring along dish detergent pods, washing detergent pods, shampoo, conidtioner, (soap was provided), oil to cook. There was a small bottle of dish detergent and hand washing gel. The rest we had to get from citymarket. The unit had two strong floor fans which came very handy.

It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get guests through their arrival so that they may take inventory and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their stay. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. The place was lovely, great views, rooms comfortable. There were only 10 towels no wash cloths or hand towels. The Sun was very hot no AC in unit and it got up to 83 degrees. The garage spaces were not large enough for two SUVs maybe one and a compact car, the storage in garage was helpful. Unfortunately the beginning of our trip started with a 3 hour wait in the hallway because the door code didn’t work and management company I guess couldn’t get it together. After many phone calls, a search for public restrooms and losing our cool, someone came and entered a new code why it took three hours for that we were never told. Vacasa did try and make it right but not sure if it was worth it.

Great Location & Space for Family Vacation
We loved staying at this location in Dillon. The views can’t be beat. We come to use the bike paths around the area and it literally connects right out the door from the complex. The storage in the garage is plenty big for multiple bikes which is a bonus. We liked the ability to cook at the condo and a grocery store is nearby. The management was responsive to our questions and needs. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful stay!
We arrived to find this unit not well cleaned and with maintenance and mold issues.
I contacted the management (Vacasa) immediately and sent photos of a mold covered lamp, laundry basket, washing machine (reeked of damp slime) and bathroom fan. In addition I sent photos of the sliding door screen laying on the balcony, the dirty carpets and jammed ice maker.
The only issue resolved was the screen door, they sent a maintenance person up for it.
I messaged through VRBO, the app and directly on Vacasa. No response.
To leave renters in a moldy dirty property is unhealthy. And to think that a professional property management company and cleaning staff didn’t correct this prior to guests arriving shows the caliper of this company.
We enjoyed our stay ,it was perfect for for our family . My daughter likes to work out in the morning. The loft like area by the master bedroom was perfect for her ! The beds were comfortable. We would have given 5 stars but the kitchen was missing hot pads ,cutting board and we were giving just 1kitchen towel for a 5 day stay ! Would recommend this condo ,very clean and perfect!

Great view!
We really enjoyed the views this condo had. The living room had windows on two sides and you could see Lake Dillon. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked. There are 2 parking spots in the garage which is heated. This condo was a secure place to stay. Another bonus was the elevator to take everything to the third floor and a luggage cart to put our stuff on. There was also a nice stackable washer and dryer if you needed to do laundry. This condo was very clean. You could smell the cleanliness from the moment you stepped on the elevator. We will definitely come back to this condo next year.
