PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Enjoy a full-filled mountain getaway at this beautiful 3BR/3BA duplex surrounded by the White River National Forest. Conveniently located just a few minutes from the free shuttle to nearby Vail Village, this updated property offers all the comforts of home, including a gas fireplace and spacious outdoor deck.

You’re a quick 5 miles from the slopes and Vail Village and just 3 miles to Vail Golf Course (with cross-country skiing in winter).

LIVING AREAS

With a comfy leather sofa and two armchairs, the living room is an optimal spot to unwind after an adventure-packed day. Turn on the gas fireplace with a simple flip of a switch and enjoy a movie on the 40” flat screen TV with cable.

Retreat to the loft area upstairs, which includes a comfy sleeper sofa and a twin bed.

KITCHEN & DINING

Granite tile countertops and stainless steel appliances add an elegant element to the open kitchen. Find everything you need to prepare tasty vacation meals, then serve your spread at the four-person breakfast bar.

For a more formal experience, bring your gourmet meal to the eight-person dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home comfortably sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The upstairs master bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted TV with cable, and access to a private balcony with seating for two. The en-suite bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom features two twin beds. A nearby second bathroom is complete with a granite-topped vanity and tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom, located downstairs, holds two twin beds and a 32” flat screen TV with cable. A third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Relax on the back patio amid towering pines. Throw your favorite foods on the grill and enjoy dining alfresco at one of two outdoor tables, both of which seat four each.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for two vehicles.

Larger groups may be interested in renting out the other side of the duplex as well.

A 10-minute drive takes you to the center of Vail Village, where you can shop and browse local art. During the warmer months, conquer whitewater rapids with Sage Outdoor Adventures or hike up to beautiful Booth Falls.

Be sure to check out the Betty Ford Alpine Garden with its exquisite curation of mountain flowers; it’s lauded as the world’s highest botanical center.

Nice location
Everything that was posted was correct, great location but you do hear street noise from the master and it is a walk up; however, it did not bohter me. There is NOT a hot tub in the complex so if you are looking for an after ski soak it will not happen. The ice maker and heat in the main room was out for 3 days until a little black button (controls the gas) was pushed back on. Very easy to get to Vail and of course a short walk to the bus for Beaver Creek.

Family Ski Trip to Beaver Creek
Very nicely appointed condo. Plenty of beds/bedrooms for our family of five. Great location within easy walking distance of BC’s Bear Lot which has express shuttle service to the ski village. Only drawback was a problem with gas fireplace the first night we there. It was supposed to fire up automatically in response to wall thermostat adjustment but the pilot light had gone out so temps in the main living space were in the low sixties all night. Vacasa rep and maintenance team got it squared away the next day and we had a fun weekend skiing.
