The spacious 60sqm Non smoking apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and is easily accessible for everyone. The villa character appropriately selected, high quality and very tasteful furniture, give this apartment a very special touch. The balcony offers sunny hours and a nice view of the villas of the neighborhood. The apartment includes a free parking space on the property. The initial bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee of 9 euros per package. Pets are not allowed.
The 2006 completely renovated Wilhelminian style villa is located in a quiet location in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The Villa Medici is located in the spa street right in the center of the seaside resort. The Promenade and the sandy Baltic Sea beach are just 100m from the house. Shopping facilities and Ahlbeck's variety gastronomy are in the immediate vicinity. The historic pier Ahlbeck can be reached in about 3 minutes.
