House classified 3 stars renovated, it accommodates 6 people with all the comforts.
Located in the heart of the pink granite coast, 500 m from the beach and 200m from the customs path (GR34), it is in the ideal location for hikers and the beach. Golf course at 7 km, TGV station at 15 km.

South-facing garden-terrace with magnificent views of the port of Ploumanac'h (see photos).
Large living room (40m2) opening onto the terrace with equipped kitchen, small and large dining table, living room with TV and fireplace.

3 bedrooms - 1 shower room with toilet on the ground floor - 1 large bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet upstairs.

A small annex house opens onto the terrace with washing machine, barbecue, deckchairs, garden table...

Sleeping accommodation for 6 people (quiet - in a cul-de-sac):
- on the ground floor small bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190
- Upstairs:
. large bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 that can be separated into two beds of 80, and
. Bedroom with two beds 80 x 190

Rental of sheets and pillowcases at a rate of 15 euros per bed (availability to be requested at the time of booking).

Pets are NOT allowed.

On arrival:
- The tourist tax will be collected in addition: For the year 2026 it is 1.76 euros per day and per adult over 18 years old.

Très bien situé. Petite maison chaleureuse avec une petite terrasse offrant une jolie vue sur le port. En revanche, la connexion Internet est limitée et il n'y a pas de place de parking réservée. Lors d'événements, il peut donc être difficile de trouver une place pour se garer.

La connexion Internet était limitée cette année 2026 à 160 Go par mois, ce qui fait 40 Go par semaine. Par précaution j'ai demandé à ne dépasser 35 Go/semaine, ce qui permet un film video chaque jour ! Cela a toujours été largement suffisant. Vous avez consommé 115 Go du 18 au 31 juillet sans aucune limitation, mais j'ai préféré vous alerter dès la fin de la première semaine que vous aviez déjà consommé 78 Go et vous ai demandé de restreindre un peu vos adolescents. Vous risquiez en effet d'avoir un débit internet très réduit.

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire Nous avons été accueilli de façon très chaleureuse par Emilie Présentation de la maison et de ses équipements, il y a aussi un livret d’accueil très bien détaillé.Le cadre et la vue est superbe sur le port de Ploumanac’h L’environnement est très calme La maison est très bien équipé comme indiqué sur le site la cuisine est très bien équipé et fonctionnelle Nous avons été conquis par ce lieu il y a aussi un restaurant sympa deux pasMême si la maison ne dispose de pas de lieu où garer sa voiture de nombreuses place sont disponibles à deux pas dont certaines réserver au résidents De belle balade à faire sur le sentier des douaniers une petite plage bien sympathique car pas trop de monde Il y fait bon vivre des vacances à renouveler en famille ou entre amis Un lieu à découvrir pour les amoureux de le Bretagne

Eine tolle Lage hat das Fischerhaus. Für kleine Wanderungen und Strandbesuche perfekt. Ausstattung ist wirklich top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.
