Situated in the heart of the resort community and just steps from the gorgeous sandy beaches, this incredible three-bedroom condo is located on the top-floor of the desirable Seagrove Villas with oceanfront panoramic views of the Atlantic. With access to the Seagrove neighborhood pool and within close walking distance to Resort amenities like golf, bike rentals, tennis, restaurants, hotel spa, and more, what more could you want from a vacation?! Book today to spend your days relaxing by the ocean in this idyllic, modern villa!

**Beginning January 28th, Seagrove Villas will be replacing all roofs in this complex which will take several weeks to complete. We do not have an exact timeline for each building, but please reach out to our team if you plan to book and we will be happy to check on any updates at that time.

Rough Shape

This house is in rough shape and needs some maintenance. Most of the doors were either near impossible to shut or would not latch. One of the bedrooms and bathroom all outlets would not work, tv lamps nothing. The flooring(LVP) had cracks holes and soft spots. The TV would only stream for a couple minutes before buffering. We had fun and it was a good location but it is not a premium product.
