Take a seat on one of the three island stools under the pendant lights while the rest of the group claims the dining table just beyond — nobody has to cook alone here.
A two-story house with a front porch, a gray door, and a mailbox.
A covered patio with outdoor seating, a wooden fence, and landscaped garden beds.
You'll end up on this sectional facing the fireplace and TV, potted trees flanking the screen — the corner fills up fast once the sun goes down.
Pull up a chair at the dining table under the orb chandelier — the staircase and living room both in view, so nobody at this table misses a thing.

What a great property which is close to everything. Seth was extremely accommodating and the house was spacious. Everyone had king size beds. There were also plenty of baths and the kitchen was fully stocked. We take an annual trip to different cities and this was our favorite place to stay!

Lynne, a spacious layout where everyone gets a king bed and a fully stocked kitchen is exactly what makes a group trip feel easy rather than hectic. That this one topped your annual city rotation is a lovely thing to read. Hoping the next trip brings you back this way.

Overall, it was great! Great kitchen, coffee bar, plenty of everything. Very clean!!! But it's not a 5 bedroom house. It's 4 with a loft space and that space has no direct access to a bathroom. That part was not advertised or expected and was a definite inconvenience to the people who had to sleep out there. Wonderful location to the University! And there is a great little coffee shop/wine bar just down the block! Fun game room and lots of parking!!!

Amazing house, immaculate rooms. Great shared space if needed. Golf simulator was a huge hit while we were at the house. The loft room could use a privacy screen but was ok for family. Overall an excellent stay and would be back in a heartbeat.

The house was perfect for our family of 10! Clean, nicely decorated, great location by coffee shop, best BBQ, and brewery…. very walkable. We loved the hot tub, outdoor patio with gas fire table, and ping pong table was fun too! Excellent communication and recommendations from Seth. We traveled to the Kentucky Derby with a party bus picking us up at the house. Epic experience and we will be back!
