Welcome to the home! Here you can have peace of mind staying at this newly built home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This centrally located space has lot's of activities in the surrounding area for you to keep busy and explore. The house itself is a three bed, two bath, with a spacious living area equipped with streaming services, fire place and games to entertain you and your other guests. The house is also conveniently equipped with a full kitchen with a wide range of cooking appliances so you can enjoy your own homemade meals away from home. Want to have a cook out? Enjoy the use of the four burner grill on the back patio. Both the master bedroom and the first guest room have mounted smart TVs with streaming services. The master bedroom also has a desk area if you need to be working, as well as a private master bathroom with a walk in shower. The house has a shared bathroom between the two guest bedrooms. Are you staying for a while? Get a workout in with the small garage gym! Feeling competitive? Roll out the Ping Pong table and go a few rounds! Great Tri-City location!

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The home was super clean, organized, well stocked and very comfortable. We were in town for 4 days. If you are planning a trip to the Tri-City’s area and this location is available, don’t hesitate! You will not be disappointed. The Host responded quickly and was great to communicate with.

Great place

House and location was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very new and safe feeling neighborhood. Communication with owner was easy. Definitely would stay here again next time we are in Tri-Cities.

Excellent home and host!

I couldn’t have found a more perfect location, home, and host, Alex!! Alex was always accessible and willing to help when plans needed changed. This was a very difficult time for my family and Alex definitely went beyond what many would have done in helping me/family through this time. I would highly recommend this home! Definitely a 5 star recommendation!

Hello! My name is Alex and I am a local to the tri cities. I moved here from the west side of the state to accept a job as a career firefighter/EMT. I really enjoy living in eastern Washington for the warm weather and endless selection of activities to keep myself entertained. I hope you enjoy your stay here in the sunny side of the state!

I truly believe you can make yourself feel at home here. I find myself having a hard time to relax when I travel and have to stay in a hotel. I furnished this home with that in mind - that guests will be able to truly relax and feel comfortable. I am certain that you will find that to be the case!

The house is equipped with two smart TVs and one TV with a roku stick. A comfortable living area to socialize with your group and warm up by the gas fire place. Cook your meals in the kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The two bathrooms have personal products, and the showers are mounted with shampoo/conditioner/soap.
