Some of the renovations include new bathrooms, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new flooring, and a freshly decorated interior. This beachfront condo is complete with all the essentials and all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen with every appliance you could ever need, cable TV, central air conditioning, free WiFi, washer/dryer on site, a convenient balcony with great beach and ocean views, and a prime location!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Simple check in…the kitchen was perfect for making meals and cleaning up. Plenty of space. The king sized bed is so comfortable and having the second toilet was very beneficial! We were surprised to see 2 single cots with foam mattresses ( no sheets so bring 2 single fitted sheets). We used one of those instead of the couch bed. And Omgoodness the view was amazing! I spent every night out on the balcony just listening to the waves and searching for pelicans and dolphins! So peaceful!

What a view!

The views of the ocean and the bay from his unit were spectacular. Beautiful kitchen. Enjoyed the indoor pool and the beach. Washer/dryer in the unit did not work well but other than that I would rent it again.

Best Views, Perfect Place for a Small Family

We’ve stayed here the last 2 years and would definitely come back. The kitchen is nice and updated and it’s plenty of room for our small family of 3 (there’s a queen bed and a pullout couch which is surprisingly comfortable). The only upgrade needed is the tvs. There is box tv in the living room (I haven’t seen one of those in at least 10 years), and basically a computer screen in the bedroom. I think most ppl want to be able to use Netflix and other streaming subscriptions, so a smart TV or one capable of taking a firestick would be a nice upgrade. Other than that, we loved the room and building!
