Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Fantastic location

This place has everything you need. Was fully stocked from linens to fishing rods. It is a perfect place to stay whether you are two people or a family of four. Super close to the beach and walkable to many places to eat or shop. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great time with my family!

Loved the fact the beach was a little walk away. Neighbors were nice!! Place was great!! Wish we could of checked in a bit earlier but overall it was great time with my family.

Easy walk to the beach and other activities. Located at a stoplight making entry and exit onto coastal highway very easy. cute place for a short stay - I wouldn’t try to fit 4 people in it unless they were small but was great for just the two of us

Cute and close to the beach

Condo was cute! Enough room for small family and room for lounging. It’s not a 4 ⭐️ hotel if that’s what you’re looking for but the shower was great, refrigerator kept things cold and frozen, the appliances all worked well and the air conditioning worked so it was nice to come back to a cool room and the ease of getting to the beach was fantastic!

4th of July Weekend

The condo was quiet and in a good location. You can’t hear your neighbors which is uncommon in a OC condo. You can see the beach from the balcony which has 2 rocking chairs. We sat there every night, was a nice way to end the evening. It has pretty much everything you’d need in it. Lots of beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. Our only complaint was the home wasn’t very clean. Pillows had stains, counters and table were dirty, the coffee pot was not clean. We used the dishes and pots/pans but just washed everything first. We also thought the couch was a pullout but it was not, the bottom flips up to make a bed but it was horribly uncomfortable.

The ocean 's in view at this charming one bdrm.

My husband and I were surprised how quiet this 2nd floor condo is (one flight of stairs to climb to your door). It is nicely decorated with more than ample kitchen appliances and beach supplies for guests, like umbrella and boogie boards. The beds were comfortable but the couch wasn't. We enjoyed our stay but thought the maid service cleaning (inside dresser drawers, cabinet handles and coffee pot filter) could have been a little cleaner. A good value for the money !

Will definitely stay again

First of all we got there early and were able to check in which was awesome. We have stayed I'm a bunch of places in the past and this was by far the best. The place was clean and right next to the beach with no streets to cross. We stayed there with our 3 kids and had an amazing time with plenty to do nearby that we only went to the boardwalk once. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Close to Beach

We had a wonderful getaway to the beach. This was in walking distance to the beach and our favorite restaurant - Ropewalk. The place itself was wonderful.
