In the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif, this comfortable accommodation is ideal for 4 people (3 adults maximum) in all seasons for a relaxing stay with family and friends. You will spend your holiday time in the heart of the hamlet of Le Lay, at the foot of the gondolas and its shops. The village resort of Les Contamines-Montjoie benefits from very good snow cover in winter.

Renovated and refurbished in 2025, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with lift). It has two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds), which allows everyone to have their own space. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and heated towel rail. The toilet is independent. The corridor leads to a living room with an equipped kitchen.
The large bay window takes you to the balcony and allows you to enjoy the view of the mountains including the Dômes de Miages, glaciers, needles and other mountains.

The rental also has a free outdoor parking space, access to the ski/pole locker room and a bicycle room common to the building.
In winter, you can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, telemark, and/or cross-country skiing, sledging for the little ones, hiking too... 120 km of ski slopes, 48 slopes, 25 ski lifts, 25 km of Nordic skiing (cross-country) in the Gorge winter park.
In summer, hiking trails await you, as well as the Pontet leisure park, visits to farms and mountain pastures...
There are other circuits and visits including the Tour du Mont-Blanc TMB, the Aiguille du Midi in Chamonix by cable car...

To reach the village centre on foot, allow 15 minutes by taking the path along the torrent "Le Bon Nant".
Another solution exists in winter: free shuttles run within the town.
All you have to do is put down your suitcases and relax.

Bed and bath towels not provided. You can rent them from the concierge at least 48 hours before your arrival.
We ask you to clean when you leave the accommodation so that it is clean for the next tenant. Please do and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish and remove any perishable food, even if it has not been opened. Please return utensils, duvets, plaids and other objects to their original place if they have been used and/or moved during the stay.

Regional location: Beautiful setting. The surroundings are picturesque and the accommodation is easily accessible on foot. Beautiful SUMMER/WINTER village resort in Haute-Savoie located as close as possible to Mont-Blanc and other peaks.
GOOD TO KNOW: The resort of Les Contamines (SECMH company) is compatible with the "pass" cards of the majority of other French resorts and elsewhere for the reservation of the summer-winter ski lifts; and a loyalty programme (Fidéloski) through the website.
Link between Saint Gervais-Le Fayet and Sallanches stations with the Haute-Savoie Y84 bus.
