Cozy Granny Flat in the Heart of Vista

Come unwind and relax in this cozy 400sq ft granny flat in the heart of Vista, Ca. Located on a quiet street close to popular restaurants, breweries and only 10 miles from the beach! Also nearby are great attractions like Moonlight Amphitheater to take in a show or Brengle Terrace Park for walking or a run. Vista boasts great weather year round and is sunny more often then not!

The studio is located on ground level and in the front of our home. It features a private entrance and one dedicated parking space in the drive way. The kitchen has small stove and full size fridge. This studio is newly furnished, has tons of natural light, walk-in closet, queen size bed and only one shared wall.
