Located on the Canandaigua Wine and Brewery Trail. This newly renovated cottage is in a private community with shared lake access where you can walk directly out into the water. The property has a partial lake view and is full of beautiful, mature gardens. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or inside on our comfy couch with a direct view of the gas fireplace. The house is fully equipped with all basic amenities and then some. There are also many board and card games for you to enjoy. You can choose to do absolutely nothing or venture out on a short drive around the lake to visit the wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping! Please refer to our house manual for our local dining recommendations and top attractions in the area.
3 bedroom/1 full bath cottage, 0.1 mile walk to a scenic swimming beach. Open floor plan features a kitchen w/dishwasher, dining & family room with vaulted ceilings, skylight & gas fireplace. There is a bonus patio room space with an electric fireplace that is great for relaxing and sipping on coffee/tea. Master bedroom with queen bed, closet, and private vanity space. There are two other bedrooms with full beds and closet spaces. Each room is equipped with a smart TV(bring your app logins) and alarm clocks with USB charging ports. The bathroom has a shower stall only. Outside there are front and back decks with outdoor seating, gas BBQ grill and a 6-person hot tub. Bluetooth speaker and high-speed internet has been provided for you as well. This space is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults only, no children. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, please use designated area outside with receptacle. No animals of any kind allowed.

***Outdoor furniture and fire table will be available May through September.

**Private community lake access is a pebble beach and swim shoes are recommended. Personal floats allowed, but no fishing in this area.

Boho Chic Lake Life

From the second we booked our trip Jen communicated flawlessly and met all of our needs. The house was styled beautifully and had every amenity we needed. Well stocked and homey is an understatement! It was close to some great local food spots, wineries and a short distance to Seneca Lake! We will definitely be back again!

Cozy & Relaxing Weekend Getaway!

This property delivered on every promise! We had a lovely time and the neighborhood was the perfect quiet and dreamy getaway we were looking for. The house was decorated in such an adorable boho vibe, everything was exceptionally cozy, I also loved that there was the opportunity to visit the lake just a quick 3 minute walk from the house!! Thank you for helping us to unwind and enjoy the Canandaigua area!

Lake Escape

Mu family had an amazing time at the beautifully remodeled cottage. Every amenity you could want was available and thoughtfully provided. Jennifer was so kind and passed along information for local events during our stay. My extended family has rented in the area for years and this cottage is our new number one. The place is very close to the park with access to the lake making it so easy to take a dip anytime. We look forward to renting again next summer (or sooner!).

Why they chose this property

Lake Escape is a cozy cottage within the Crystal Beach Community, a group of smaller cottages along the east side of Canandaigua Lake, with community-only access to the lake for swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaking. A boat launch is just minutes away. The area is a quiet, walkable neighborhood with a restaurant and grocery/deli near the cottage. The greater Canandaigua area has many attractions, including the CMAC music venue, wineries, craft breweries, state parks, a water park, farmer's markets, biking and hiking trails. Bristol Mountain Ski Area is only 27 minutes away.
