This charming three-bedroom bungalow is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax and enjoy the best of the Finger Lakes. Just a short walk from a quiet, tree-lined swimming beach, you'll love the easy access to crystal-clear water and stunning lake views.

Inside, the open floor plan connects the modern kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it easy to cook, eat, and hang out together. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a cozy island with seating for three—ideal for sharing meals and stories over a glass of local wine. After a day of exploring, kick back on the comfy sofa with your favorite book or movie.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds and smart TVs, plus a third room with two twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Need more space? The queen sleeper sofa in the living area has you covered.

Spend your days at nearby Crystal Beach Swimming Park, where you can picnic, swim in gradual, family-friendly waters, and watch the kids play from a raised viewing area. When you're ready to venture out, downtown Canandaigua offers dining, paddleboat rides, shopping, and even water parks—all just a quick drive away.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
