Villa Simone has been designed by the owners to ensure that you have an unforgettable stay in Fuerteventura. Vintage furniture, travel souvenirs and design pieces: every detail, every decorative object has been carefully thought out to make you feel at home.
Its unspoilt location, on the outskirts of the popular village of Lajares, its breathtaking views of the volcanoes (and even the sea!) and its bold architecture make it an absolutely unique villa.

In an ecological approach, Villa Simone is completely self-sufficient in electricity -many photovoltaic panels guarantee you the necessary energy- and the house's wastewater is recycled and used for irrigation of the garden.

The villa has a high-speed internet connection.
The house is built around a very large living room bathed in light. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and you can dine with 10 guests around the beautiful concrete table.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, luxuriously accommodating up to 6 guests.

Bedroom 1, upstairs: 1 queen size bed (160x200cm), private bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3, on the ground floor: 2 beds of 90x200cm with the possibility of joining them into a king size thanks to a comfortable mattress topper. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The landscaped garden, with its tiered terraces, offers many spaces for conviviality and privacy, according to your desires.

3x9m swimming pool in Bali stone, heated all year round.

PGJyPgVilla Simone is particularly suitable for the organisation of yoga retreats (possibility of installing up to 15 yoga mats).

You can benefit from the services of a yoga teacher, a chef at home or a masseuse at home on request.

Please note: Adjoining Villa Simone but completely independent is its little sister, Villa Colette. Rest assured, the configuration of the whole has been designed so that everyone's privacy is completely respected (visual and sound insulation). If, during your stay, Villa Colette is occupied, the use of the garden and the swimming pool is exclusively for the guests of Villa Simone.
