El Manso, Tijarafe, Spain

El Manso is a typical Canarian country house in the northwest of La Palma. The owner of the house is a carpenter who converted his former workshop into a comfortable holiday home a few years ago. Since then, the owners have devoted themselves entirely to maintaining the house and garden so that their guests are always satisfied and feel at home.

NOTE: Road construction began in the municipality of Tijarafe in early February 2023. The work on the LP1 stretches over 7.6 km. Curves are being straightened, narrow sections are being widened, and three bridges and one tunnel are planned. The project is currently scheduled to last 4 years; disruptions due to construction may occur during this time and beyond. Unfortunately, we cannot predict when work will take place on which sections.



El Manso:

El Manso is perfect for a couple seeking peace and quiet on holiday. It’s small but very cosy. The finca’s garden is well-maintained. The terrace and the area around the pool have been lovingly planted with orchids and other flowers. The land surrounding the house has also been used for fruit trees.

You can set out on hikes right from the house and reward yourself with a refreshing dip in the pool in the evening.

A cosy spot under the palm trees offers a magnificent view of the countryside and the sea. The sunsets over the sea are spectacular. The covered terrace right in front of the house offers a cosy spot to simply read a book.

To the side of the house is the outdoor grill and another sunbathing area for soaking up the sun.

You enter the house through the living/dining area. The well-equipped kitchenette has been integrated into the living area. The dining area forms the centrepiece of the room. The living area features a small couch and a comfortable armchair. The dark wood gabled roof lends all the rooms a cosy atmosphere.

The bedroom features a split-system unit (heating and air conditioning), allowing you to maintain your desired temperature in both winter and summer. The spacious bathroom is very bright and offers a view of the pool. The washing machine is also located here.
