As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed in a large, bright living room, thanks to a large bay window that brings in beautiful natural light.
The space is designed to encourage convivial moments with a large table ideal for your meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen will meet all your expectations, with its refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, and many small appliances for easy meal preparation.
To start the day off right, a Senseo coffee maker is at your disposal, ideal for enjoying a coffee at your own pace.

A mezzanine, converted into a lounge area, will allow you to relax after a beautiful day with a book or in front of the television.

The sleeping area consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x200 double bed for restful nights and one with a single bed in addition to 90*200.

You will also find a modern bathroom with a cabin shower, a sink and storage space to combine practicality and relaxation.

A separate toilet and a washing machine complete the equipment of this house.

Outside:
To enjoy the beautiful summer evenings, an outdoor area with barbecue awaits you, perfect for moments of conviviality with family or friends.

ATTENTION: Any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional €30 on site. From 22:00 to 00:00, the arrival will be charged an additional 50€ to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning. From 6:00 am to 8:00 am, all departures will be charged an additional €30.
