Gas grill, flat screen TV's, Roku TV with sports package, High speed internet. Plenty of games if you just want to stay in! Firepit, creek in the back perfect for gold panning. We now offer Electric Vehicle charging free of charge! NEMA 14-50 so bring an adapter if needed. Our family has lived in this beautiful State for over 30 years. Great location, close to downtown area. Joetta was wonderful! We arrived super late, walked in to a lovely house and was happy to see that she left us wine and treats which was perfect after a long drive.

Arriving to treats was a nice touch! We were there for a family event so was unable to spend much time at the cottage but the king size bed slept well and the house was spacious. Communication was on point and everything was found as described.

We had an amazing time in the cozy cottage! Joetta is the perfect hostess and a fantastic decorator… the bedding and living room furniture are very plush! The kitchen is well appointed, and the wood-burning fireplace made for a perfect getaway for my husband and I… town is very close and great shopping and dining! Don’t miss out on this gem!

We have 2 beautiful daughters, 2 Son's in love and 6 grandchildren. My daughter and her husband and 2 oldest grand daughters have lived in Dahlonega for a number of years. My youngest daughter is married to an Air Force Pilot and had 4 beautiful children. We have been looking for the perfect home to Host for a long time! We found that in this home! We look forward to hosting you and making your stay with us as perfect as we can!!
