The place was clean, welcoming, reasonably priced and not too far from the casino. Only recommendation would be to put some better shades, or room darkening cover on the bedroom with the bunk beds. There was a motion sensor light on the corner of the house that came on often and shined into the bedroom.

Provided exactly what I hoped it would for my family. We liked the big bean bag chair - and with limited seating in the kids bed room 2 more of those would go a long way. Ac and heater both worked - with the weird unseasonal January Temp ls we needed both depend on the time of day. House felt far from any neighbors. Nice big Garage for parking.

It was a very clean, comfortable home. The beds were comfortable and the traffic from the highway was not noticeable. The home had everything we needed.
This house was so great for our weekend stay! Comfortable and cozy.
It is directly off of a busy highway making it easy to access although a little bit of noise at night, but ultimately the perfect little house!
Owners were kind and responsive when contacted. Would book again!
2nd stay at this location. The AC performed excellently during the 100-106 degree weather. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and an attached garage were also highlights. Really appreciate the ground level washer and dryer as well. Property is accurately described and shown in photos.

The only thing I didn't like is they had like some old laundry or something in the one of the closets. Other than that everything was nice and clean
Nice & clean….exactly as advertised. Could probably stand to have a little higher quality furniture….The noise from Hwy 82 is definitely noticeable…..please get a code lock for the front door that realtor box is quite annoying.
Overall the house is super clean and really concept town. We had two trucks and a boat and there was plenty of parking. My only comment would be it is close to the highway and the road noise is noticeable at times (at least for my infant). but, the house was great, lots of good coffee stocked with all the extras you need for in the morning. Just wish there were bigger cups.
Couldn’t have asked for anything better! It was just what we needed!! The host was quick to answer questions for us!!! They have added more seating and there are BIGGER coffee cups too! This shows that they pay attention to the reviews! As for the traffic noise, I played white noise on my phone and it took care of that problem. Should we ever need a place to stay in Gainesville again, this will be the FIRST place we’ll look!!!

Our family vacation trip for nephews wedding.
We had trouble getting lock box open. The rugs we picked up because I have four family members have trouble walking. There was huge cobwebs in both bathroom right across from toilet almost. One chair missing screw. Lots of bugs. A recliner would be helpful for people almost 90 hard for them get up. I don’t mean to complain but true
Easy access; good kitchen/bathrooms; attached garage.
We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to book this location again in the future.
Pros: Attached 2-car garage, 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the home, each with own full bathroom offered privacy for two adult guests. Great appliances, spacious, big closets, lots of TV options, wifi, large drive, no steps, easy access from highway. AC and heat both worked well. Great communication from owner. Photos are 100% accurate.
Cons: limited seating options (low sofa, folding chairs, and 4 kitchen stools). 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds making it difficult for an adult to sit on the edge of the bed. No chairs, desks, or benches in bedrooms.
Very reasonable price. Communication was great. Grass needed to be mowed. Might want to spray for bugs, spiders everywhere. Not sure what kind they were but we killed a couple of them in the house and they were in the garage and outside. All in all we had a good stay.
We booked at this property because it was just down the road from the wedding venue. I must say I was leary not knowing the area, due to being from out of state but Som made it so easy! We had everything we needed and the place was nice, quiet and peaceful!
