Welcome to Villas at Legacy, a resort like community.
Includes: 3 TVs (1 Roku TV), free Netflix & Disney+, fast Wi-Fi, 1 Queen bed, 1 King bed, and 2 pull out sofas.
Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, hand soap & clean towels
Kitchen amenities: cups, plates, silverware, electric rice cooker, coffee/tea station & various utensils.
We hope you enjoy your stay in our beach condo. If you have any questions, I am here to answer them 24/7.
The space
No one below or above this unit.
Only the garage is on the first floor with direct access to the unit. There are stairs leading up to the main level which is on the second floor.
The main level consists of 2 br/2 ba, kitchen, W/D and living room.
Comfortable, simple, clean and spacious.
**The Clubhouse and community Grill room can be used by reservation only. There is a fee required by the community HOA. Please contact me for further information.
