Dream oceanfront condo
The apartment is in the first Floor (two floors). There is an elevator. It is furnished in perfect condition and by the owners with love. A living-dining room with adjoining large terrace, a large modern bathroom, a spacious entrance hall and a small fully equipped kitchen and a cellar offer up to 3 people perfect comfort and coziness, even in not so warm weather ... There is free wireless access, internet and WiFi. Satellite TV with over 300 programs, DVD, radio, are available for our guests. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils such as 4-ring induction and oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, egg cooker, etc. There is no dishwasher but a washing machine. Since the apartment is often used by the owner, it is very fully equipped. On arrival, the beds made, fresh towels and tea towels are provided, and the apartment is perfectly cleaned by qualified personnel. The private cellar is for storing luggage or sports objects such as bicycles, surfboards, etc. are available. The house also has a table tennis room.

We are living in France and are spending several weeks each year in our apartment. The apartment was acquired by my parents in 1987, and I took it over two years ago. We do not want to leave the apartment unoccupied for the rest of the time and hope that our guest will enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
The location is unique, directly on the beach which just a promenade in front of the residence. The wonderful view out to the sea is breathtaking. It is very quiet, and yet all the restaurants, shops and bars are in walking distance, a car is not necessary. There are 3 sandy beaches, (one right in front of the house) , which can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.
What makes this property unique
Lanzarote is the most impressive island amongst the Canary Islands with its large lava mountains in the center of the island, and many tourist attractions, cosy fishing villages, sandy beaches and a great infrastructure all across the island. The Residenz Nautilus is relatively small and is mostly used by its owners. Thus it is in very good condition and kept up all year round. There is a receptionist, a handyman and a professional cleaning service to look after the apartments and the residence.
