Resort facilities: beach resort includes - 7 shared pools, a beachfront seawater lagoon. tennis courts, onsite restaurants, bars, and children’s entertainment. Hacienda restaurant available for evening dining. Mai Tai poolside bar and restaurant for breakfast through to lunch or a BBQ snack,. Bar and nightclub. Family resort: resort is a fashionable and elegant place for the whole family to enjoy. It is a relaxing retreat where children can play in peace and adults enjoy a hassle free holiday. Local amenities: Las Cucharas beach - 5 minute walk with excellent facilities on beach front including sun loungers, local shops and restaurants. Golf course and aqua park 5 minutes drive away. Wi Fi available for 25 euro per week at reception.

Why they chose this property
Myself and my husband purchased the property in 2007 as an investment property and time permitted have a resting place for when we have the time to get away from work. Love the area as it is nice and relaxed holiday resort. Great restaurants, bars and pool area at our apartment doorstep within the resort. Also some lovely scenic drives when you want to get away from the resort.
What makes this property unique
Beach area also attached to resort for those hot days where we want to get away from the pool area. All restaurants, bars, pool area on complex where all facilities we may need on the break away is only mins walk from the door of apartment. Relaxing break with sun, beach, golf, water parks and holiday resort all within minutes of apartment.
The Aqua water park is open daily from 10 am until 6 pm.Windsurfing is a major past time in Costa Teguise.
There are windsurfing schools ,shops and equipment rental companies along the las Cucharas beach. beginners are more than welcome.
Costa Teguise is well served by public transport with Buses and Taxis being readily available.Like most purpose built resorts there is no shortage of shops and restaurants for most budgets and taste being catered fo
