Apartment with magnificent sea views, spacious, bright, in urbanization with swimming pool, 2 minutes walk from the beach of Las Cucharas and 1 min from the fishing village.



Details
Completely renovated, our apartment has an area of 66m2. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both share a spectacular bathroom with natural light.
The equipped kitchen is integrated into a very spacious dining room with views of the sea and the white roofs of the fishing village, highlighting the white and blue colors so typical and intense of Lanzarote.
From the terrace, you can enjoy the rest on the sun loungers or a snack on the table with the sunset, a small corner of paradise.
In our urbanization, we have a magnificent pool reserved for guests with solarium which is accessed independently.


Activities and surroundings
Its location in the heart of the fishing village, the summit of César Manrique, allows guests to move around without a car to make the purchase (3 supermarkets less than 5 minutes away),
 Obtain tourist information (office 100m) and access all public services (post office, pharmacy, banks, bus stop and taxis) such as to go down to Las Cucharas beach, all through pedestrian streets.
Large free parking 30m from the apartment for guests who have rented a car.
For sports fans, there are several schools of windsurfing, surfing, paddle surfing on the beach of Las Cucharas. Daytime and nighttime entertainment (restaurants, bars, shops, flea market) both in the fishing village and on the seafront.

Wonderful

Lovely apartment in a great location in Costa Teguise only a few minutes stroll from local bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Communication with the owners was only a phone call away. We would recommend a stay here if you are visiting Costa Teguise.

Perfect flat and location

The flat is nice, well furnished and decorated. It is big enough, and the terrace has a nice view on the sea and the white roofs. The flat is located in an area made of small typical white buildings between the beach, Pueblo Marinero and a street with nice restaurants (less touristic). It is far from big hotels, in a more authentic area. Good communication with the lady in charge of the flat, who was present and flexible. Finally, Costa Teguise is perfect as it is close to all interesting sites (20-30 min), the farthest being El Golfo (40 min far) or Papagayo beach (almost 1h).

The property was lovely and in great location it was rented by myself with my daughter who is 13 . The property manager called after we checked out when an aggressive accusationalTone enquiring about a spare duvet I had used as it was cold on one of the nights saying it was stained as if used by a couple !! I asked her to send a photo as I was going to check it though how it could have been stained as a second duvet on a girl aged 13 year’s bed baffled me - she declined 2 mins later saying in was already in the laundry, she also accused me of having a party which was almost funny in the context . The house was left tidy .Bins emptied, fridge cleared, shower glass washed etc and she complained about 2 small plates and a glass left in the sink . If I ever stayIn a rental again I will photograph everything as I depart. The experience with the property’s Manager made me realised that there is a risk associated with rentals like these . It really left a negative feeling which is unfortunate after such a lovely time.

Angenehme Wohn-Oase in kleiner Anlage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da und gut durchdacht. Wir schätzten insbesondere die helle Wohnung sowie den Blick aufs Meer und die architektonisch freundliche Anlage. Ich hatte in den fünf Wochen gearbeitet und war dabei mit den 250 mbit superschnell unterwegs. Man kann entscheiden, ob man selbst kocht (alles da) oder in den nahen Restaurant etwas findet. Und falls mal etwas gefehlt hat, Britta umgehend da und schafft schnell eine Lösung.

Perfect Location

We were greeted by Paola who was always available if we needed any help, nothing was too much trouble. The modern apartment is very comfortable & fully equipped for a self catering holiday, beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect for beaches, bars, restaurants & supermarkets. Perfect place-in so many ways!

Costa Teguise is only 15 minutes from Arrecife airport and Chalana House is perfectly located for the beach (by steps or slight hill), supermarkets, gifts and clothes shops, bars and restaurants. Taxi currently around 22 euros each way. Chalana House is a first floor two bedroom apartment (no lift) with views across the sea and sun on the balcony just about all day, depending on the time of year. There is a pool, but not heated, so only dipped our toes in! The apartment is modern, very clean and very well equipped, Paola is a great host and we had a fabulous week. It wasn't a problem for us in February 2020, but there is no heating of air-con. If you decide to visit we feel sure you will not be disappointed.

Great location everything nearby

We had a wonderful stay during January 2020 Location perfect shops,bars and restaurants on your doorstep Property was modern and extremely well furnished with everything you might need Paola was wonderful greeting us when we arrived Got slightly chilly at night could do with a heater of some sort I read someone had an issue with the bathroom sink but it's not if you unscrew the centre and turn it upside down All rooms are spacious and well layed out unfortunately we weren't able to try the pool (to cold) shame we couldn't put our own pictures to show everyone on here

A Holiday we like to remember

We immediately felt welcome when we arrived and met Paola who was our onsite host. She really did care and was responding quickly whenever we had a need to talk. The apartment is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The rooms ate light and clean and everything makes you feel home. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would certainly come back.

Comfortable apartment

Beautiful apartment, close to all amenities would benefit air con or fans for warmer nights. The apartment needs fire alarm or fire blanket to alert guests to fire or smoke , a first aid kit is advisable, more info in English to help with wifi connections etc very difficult to connect with such a long number and where to find it. The modern sink in bathroom doesn't hold water to be able to wash/shave as the push down plug is not there so sink is cosmetic only. Apart from above little problems great time had by all. Big thank you to Paola who met us to ask if everything was to our liking.

Total satisfaction

We were met by Paola who showed us around the apartment and made us immediately feel welcome. The accomodation was absolutely perfect for what we needed - an oasis of cleanliness, calmness, superbly equipped and very tastefully furnished. We could not have been more pleased or satisfied and would highly recommend it.

Comfort and style

Chalana house is a new apartment very fine furnished and comfortable. Its seaview terrace offers you pure relax moments and the position close to the sea and to the center is perfect. We had an amazing staying here!
