Parking for several cars in this 4 bedroom, three bathroom house with a very well equipped kitchen stocked with all the basics you need, many sightseeing insider tips, brochures and maps and friendly information and help as well as cleaning lady or babysitter whenever you would like it.

There is high speed wifi in the house and on the terrace. Tv with Internet connection and huge datatbase of english movies, TV shows and kids animated films. Speakers by the pool to play Music directly Wifi from your Iphone. Gaz BBQ Weber grill.
An extensive collection of toys, board and card games, puzzles, books and general kids and baby items (for meal times, child size pillows and blankets etc) Linen and towels and house and pool cleaning are included in rental fee but house, garden, pool need to be left in proper condition and all items returned to their previous location and general condition.

Living room, kitchen and one bathroom with shower are downstairs on ground floor level with the pool and entrance, parking for three to four cars. Upstairs are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One with shower one with bathtub. Two bedrroms have double beds (one 180cm wide parents, the other with a 140 cm wide bed- both very good quality mattresses) The two kids rooms both have 120 cm wide bed for up to two children.
Additional baby cot (s) can be placed in any of the rooms.
Each of the bedrooms has a silent ceiling fan that can be regulated and three bedrooms with solid wooden shutters to keep out heat and light during the day and will provide you with a nice climate on hot days and evenings.

All shutters and doors need to be closed when guests leave the property to avoid break ins.

We are available for help and questions any time through What's App, SMS, phone and Internet. Also a local cleaning lady can help with questions.

The resident outdoor cats require feeding morning and evenings and fresh water. They do not need access to the house.

The garden is 98% automatically irrigated (and needs to be left exactly as it is) but a few pots on window sills, inside the house and terrace need watering once a day in hot weather.
