About this property

This beautiful house right in front of the sea has everything to ensure you the best sun and beach vacation in Mallorca. The views from the terrace or from the rooms to Alcanada beach will not leave you indifferent. This area is characterised by being a very quiet residential area, where locals come to enjoy their summer days.

It is a house with a large garden especially cared for by its owners. Full of lawn, palm trees, and other plants that give it great charm, the terrace has incredible views of the sea and its own pier. The exterior has two comfortable loungers on the lawn for sunbathing and two more on the covered terrace, as well as a large wooden table with 6 chairs and umbrellas to enjoy Mallorca's outdoor life. The terrace communicates directly with the living-dining room through glass doors, making it a bright and very cosy space. The kitchen is also very spacious and fully equipped.
On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with two single beds. This first floor also has a furnished terrace with incredible sea views. In addition, the house has a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. In the house, there are 5 fans available in summer and 4 radiators for winter.

In summary, the house has a privileged location, being in the famous neighbourhood of Alcanada, for its wonderful houses by the sea, its characteristic small island with one of the most well-known lighthouses, and above all, for its proximity to the best golf course in northern Mallorca: Golf de Alcanada.

Toll mit Einschränkungen

Tolle Lage, große Terasse mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Derzeit viel Baulärm wegen Neubau auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Den Steg ins Meer, mit dem zum Teil noch Werbung gemacht wird, gibt es nicht mehr.

Beware! Very loud construction 15 feet from the house!

Completely disappointed in this booking. We were never told there would be an amazingly noisy construction site just feet from the house between the hours of 08:00-18:00 hrs even on one Saturday. Also not told that the dock would not be there. Apparently this is for those late in the season. The showers did not work without spraying water all over the bathroom if you were able to get it warm enough to stay in for more than a quick rinse. No water, no toilets, no showers one of the days with no warning. The owner was not helpful in sorting out the problem. In fact the owner was not helpful in any regard. One member of Ideal properties seemed helpful, but was not able to make any changes. Beautiful location, but if you want somewhere comfortable and quiet, cancel this booking immediately and look elsewhere.
