This beautiful house, located right in front of the sea, has everything to ensure the best vacation enjoying the sun and the beach in Mallorca. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and spectacular views of Alcanada beach, staying in this property is an experience that leaves no one indifferent, since this part of the island is characterized by being a very quiet residential area and its beach is one of the favorites of local people, who come to enjoy summer days for the serenity that the place conveys.



It is worth highlighting the spectacular outdoor area of the property, which features, among other things, a large garden carefully tended to by its owners. This dedication is reflected in its beauty and impeccability: full of grass, palm trees, and a great variety of plants that give it great charm.



The terrace boasts incredible sea views and has two comfortable sun loungers to sunbathe on the lawn and two others on the covered terrace to relax in the shade, as well as a spacious wooden table with chairs and umbrellas to enjoy a good meal outdoors. As if that were not enough, this property also has its own dock from which one can dive into the water and relax alongside the sea waves.

Tolle Lage, große Terasse mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Derzeit viel Baulärm wegen Neubau auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Den Steg ins Meer, mit dem zum Teil noch Werbung gemacht wird, gibt es nicht mehr.

Beware! Very loud construction 15 feet from the house!

Completely disappointed in this booking. We were never told there would be an amazingly noisy construction site just feet from the house between the hours of 08:00-18:00 hrs even on one Saturday. Also not told that the dock would not be there. Apparently this is for those late in the season. The showers did not work without spraying water all over the bathroom if you were able to get it warm enough to stay in for more than a quick rinse. No water, no toilets, no showers one of the days with no warning. The owner was not helpful in sorting out the problem. In fact the owner was not helpful in any regard. One member of Ideal properties seemed helpful, but was not able to make any changes. Beautiful location, but if you want somewhere comfortable and quiet, cancel this booking immediately and look elsewhere.

Schönes und großes Haus mit bester Lage

Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat eine super Lage . Man geht über eine schmale Straße und ist direkt am Meer . Alle Räume sind groß und hell . Besonders hat uns der umgehende Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer gefallen . Auch der Garten mit seinen zwei Terrassen ist stilvoll eingerichtet . Die Küche und die 2 Badezimmer sind nicht mehr die Neusten und sollten bald renoviert werden . Jedoch war alles, was man zum Leben braucht vorhanden . Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit zurück kommen . Die Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe liefen reibungslos und sehr freundlich . Wir haben im Büro von IPM einen Code für den Schlüsselkasten bekommen und konnten den Schlüssel dort entnehmen und wieder ablegen .
