Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung und obwohl das Schlafzimmer zur Strasse geht ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben super geschlafen. Dazu gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe.Die Burg Ehrenbreitenstein ist in 10min leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 15min am deutschen Eck. Wer eine ruhige Unterkunft sucht ist hier richtig, die Inhaber sind sind hilfsbereit und super nett.

Lage der Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Stadtteil Niederberg, ca. 2 km vom Rheinufer entfernt (auf der Seite der Festung). Zu Fuß ist es sehr schwer dorthin zu laufen, da die Straße dorthin teilweise 9 % Steigung enthält. Dies sollte bei der Buchung berücksichtigt werden.

Ich habe während eines Arbeitsaufenthalts eineinhalb Monate in der Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, die Gastgeber sympatisch und nett. Man merkt, dass sie einem den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten wollen, was sie bei mir auch geschafft haben. Die Busanbindung ist direkt vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und der Garten ist echt schön. Die Festung Ehrenbreitstein ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich denke, dass sich auch echte Feriengäste hier wohl fühlen können:)

Nice flat near Koblenz

Really nice little flat a short taxi or bus ride from Koblenz. Lots of room, and the kitchenette and bathrooms looked brand new. Washer/dryer downstairs was a nice plus. Laura was a wonderful hostess!

Einfach: perfekt!!!

Die Angaben im Inserat bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung sind korrekt und voll zutreffend. Der allgemeine Zustand der Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben! Die Bilder zeigen exakt genau das, was einen erwartet. Die gesamte Wohnung ist so sauber, daß man vom Boden hätte essen können! Ein riesen Kompliment! Der Kontakt und die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist perfekt! Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen! Wir würden auch gerne ein weiteres Mal wieder kommen! Die Umgebung möchte ich hier nicht bewerten. Wir haben die Wohnung nicht zu Urlaubszwecken benutzt sondern als Ersatzwohnung. Wir hatten zu Hause eine Baustelle wegen eines Wasserschadens und kamen hier vorübergehend unter. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett. Vielen Dank noch einmal! Jedoch möchte ich noch kurz erwähnen, dass man in Koblenz nicht nur gut wohnt, sondern auch perfekt Urlaub machen kann! Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch durch die Bushaltestelle in der Nähei ideal (wegen Strassenarbeiten im Nachbarort, an der Kirche einsteigen- nicht vor der Tür! - Dann sind es nur 15 min bis in die City sonst fast 1 Std.). Somit kann auch mit öff. Verkehrsmitteln alles erledigt werden!
