This waterfront rental includes use of kayaks, basketball, tennis and pickle ball rackets, and has free private beach access at the end of the street, just a 4 minute walk.
Located in an exclusive neighborhood sandwiched on both sides by state park beaches, there are no condos or high rises. The beaches are never crowded! This beautiful studio is the walk out basement of a townhouse. It rents out with the upper unit or separately.
This cosy studio has an open floor plan, a Queen bed is located in a custom loft. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The living room walks out to a gorgeous deck for lounging or games. Behind the deck enjoying the water with a private dock to fish on, or kayak in the bay.

Katrina was an amazing host, she was easy to get a hold of and prompt to respond to any of our questions. The property was beautiful, cozy and just what my little family needed for an excellent vacation. Absolutely will be booking with her again and anyone reading this should too!!
