DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. Full length of house beach patios. Gated guarded 24/7 security. Off street gated parking at your home. Safe and secure for pets & kiddos. Pet fees apply.
2nd floor Margarita Deck.
Stunning views-Kitchen, Lounge, Living Room, & Master Suite face the beach and open to the patios.
Main house features 4 bedrooms 3 bath. Nightly rate $400 - 475 for 8 or less guests.
Groups can add the 5th bedroom- $90 a night. The Private detached Casita is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a beverage station. Regular ground coffee maker.
**Ask Kim for rental rate info and off season or weekly discounts. High Occupancy counts can affect nightly rate.
The private Casita Suite makes this beautiful home a 5 bedroom 4 bath. Or just rent the Main House for the listed rate.
Please disclose the accurate amount of guests on the rental agreement. Kim is available to answer any questions about nightly rates and guest occupancy.
If sleeping over 10 guests, please bring air mattresses or cots and the linens for them.
The main house has extended full length patios. Comfy furniture to lounge or to dine.
Walk up the patio steps to the Margarita Deck. Great for Stunning Sunset viewing or Sun bathing.
Kitchen has lots of counter space to cook for large groups. Stocked with all the cookware you need.
Dining room is next to the kitchen. A comfy lounge or family area is attached. All three living areas open up to each other.
We provide 15 gallons of fresh drinking water for your convenience.
PROPANE BBQ propane provided.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds un made. Dirty towels on bathroom floors.
Turn off Acs please. Close the window coverings.
Leave the cleaning to us. Have a good trip home. Come back soon & often! Thanks, Kim
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash must be bagged and put into the dumpster. At departure, remove all trash from house. Take dumpster out to the road for pick up.
All guests to be listed on the rental contract regardless of age Arriving with more guests is grounds for eviction. Kim adjusts the booking for guests

Beach front paradise

House was exactly as described. Extremely clean and well appointed, plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Beach is right out the back door and very clean/ quiet. Town is quick drive away should you need to get any groceries/supplies. Would 100% stay again.

Wonderful beach trip

Everything as advertised. Beautiful beach location. One of the larger houses in Playa Encanto. Plenty of room for our party of five adults. House has everything. Long distance from town, so plan supplies and groceries carefully to avoid multiple trips.

Just perfect!

This house was amazing! It had everything we needed and wanted! It was perfect for the event we hosted. The beach was just as wonderful. It was quiet and calm. It felt completely private! From the very first day of my inquiry the property manager Kim was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. She made everything so easy! I would definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful stay

While our stay was just two days, it was relaxing and wonderful. Property was just described. Host responded to inquiries within minutes, very attentive. We have been going to rocky point every year for over a decade, we used to stay at resorts, however, we have rented homes the last 3 years, including this stay.. This is our favorite stay so far. It is away from the town center and resorts, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The ocean, at low tide was within 100 yards- this in November, I can only imagine how much closer it is in the summer. The water was warm enough to swim, and we were also able to carry a kayak to paddle along the coast.

Casa La Paz at Playa La Jolla
