1 Bedroom Cottage

Enjoy our comfortable, modern, 1 bedroom cottage! You'll love the private beach access right outside your front door, just a few steps down the paved walkway to the sand.

This cottage has a bedroom with a king size bed and the living room leather sofa opens up to a queen size bed.

Relax on the large and private patio with gas grill, plenty of seating and table. Spend your day relaxing, fishing, swimming and searching for shells and shark teeth on the beach. Beach chairs and towels are available.

Enjoy super fast WIFI and Cable TV.

We are dog friendly, any size! 2 dogs max. At the time of booking, let us know if you are bringing one dog or two dogs along. The fee for one dog is $115. The fee for two dogs is $165.

We hope you'll love our location as much as we do! Being at the beach, hearing the waves while you relax on the patio, enjoying the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see, in addition to being close to the local restaurants and nightly entertainment make this the perfect getaway.

Manasota Key Beach House 2 is a triplex with the choice of this 1 bedroom, a 2 bedroom or another smaller 1 bedroom. Each unit has their own patio. There is a common area with washer and dryer.

A quiet, comfy location for 2!

The property is exactly as described. While we vacationed with a larger group of people, it was wonderful to come "home" to our own place where we could unwind. It is fully furnished with everything we needed; including beach chairs! The beach is simply one house away...a short walking distance. My observation was that this is a popular retirement community. So if you're looking for peace and quiet, you've found it! Stump pass, Blind pass, and Manasota Key Beaches are all a very short drive away. 3-4 really good restaurants / bars within a short drive as well.

Cute beach rental

The rental was perfect for our beach vacation! The location and proximity to the beach were ideal. The unit was adorable, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and linens. As an added bonus, the private backyard was great for grilling out and dining.

Manasota Key gem

Great location steps from the beach. The interior is updated and comfortable. Private outside patio with table and chairs was perfect for hanging out. Host was very communicative both on check in (which was super easy) and immediately messaged when it was discovered that we left an item behind when checking out. We didn’t cook here as family lives in condos across the lane so can’t comment on kitchen equipment but we did use the oven as an overflow for Christmas dinner. We have already reserved for our next visit!

Location and Beach was excellent. Cottage met our expectation! Owner communication and amenities listed vs what was available were disappointing. Beach chairs were old RUSTED junk and when we inquired we were told new ones had been purchase but they we being used by another cottage. (Owner did state I could go buy chairs). Beach towel were actually (1) thread bear towel. this is an excellent place with great potential but these short comings stand out.
