Very basic accomodations

This property is nothing fancy, but it was fairly clean and comfortable. Think more that you're renting a barebones college apartment for a few days, and less that it is a hotel. Things were clean and functional, but not luxurious. Smells a bit like smoke inside the house. The location is not bad (you're about a mile to a lot of the parks/museums/zoo and the convention center), but it is not a nice neighborhood, and there's nothing within a 5-10 minute walk. Nothing that made me feel unsafe, but it is a bit run down, some of the houses on the block are abandoned, etc. If you temper your expectations, it's a perfectly alright place to stay. Host was very easy to work with, good communication and easy check-in/check-out.
