This is a newly renovated unit. It's very cozy & has everything needed to be your home away from home! There are extra sleeping options for kids or adults if needed! There is a full living room to hang out & relax. There's a full kitchen for cooking up your wildest dreams! The kitchen also has a coffee maker for those dedicated coffee drinkers! We can't forget the toaster or microwave for food on the go! Not to mention a huge walk-in pantry!

Pet-Friendly!

Need storage space for your clothes or belongings? We've got that covered with shelving & a walk in closet! We're currently working on finishing the basement for extra sleeping and lounging space as well! The newly renovated bathroom has a modern toilet & a beautiful walk-in shower that has storage space as well for all your necessities.

There's a relaxing porch out front for those of you that like to people-watch and enjoy the weather. The best part is that we're just minutes from downtown Indianapolis!

There's so much to do downtown: Bars, Clubs, Venues, Conventions, Sport Centers, Arcades for the Family, & so Much More!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place minutes away from the bustling city of Indianapolis! This house is perfect for anyone coming in on business or a trip to the infamous happenings in Downtown Indy! Coming in for a convention? Coming in to work, family, or fun, this is the perfect stay for you! There's convention centers, sport bars, arcades, hotels, restaurants, fine-dining restaurants, & So Much More! For those of you that have to get your runs in each day, there are sidewalks just down the street that give you a beautiful scene while you're getting your exercise on! There's literally so much to do in the Heart of Downtown Indianapolis. There's Malls, shopping centers, & really things that a couple would enjoy, especially families!

We've also added on a portable crib for those that have little-ones. Our place also has a TV in the living-room & main bedroom, + books for kids, & a big back yard for kids or pets! There is even a river near by! Lucas Oil Stadium

DO NOT BOOK

Place is really small. And there is only one bedroom. Not a family home. Also, you don’t get the full place to yourself because although this is a condo, someone is staying upstairs. My kids and I were confused and scared our whole stay. I do not recommend staying here. The owner doesn’t respond to calls or text.

Noisy neighbors

Stayed 9 days. Overwhelming smell of pet urine when first walking in. Really sleeps 3 unless you want to stay in the creepy bedroom in basement that has no light switch or windows. Neighbors next door apparently own upstairs since this is a duplex. Running, door slamming loud talking at all hours. Neighbors next door have outdoor dog that barks at all hours. While the management company was responsive and nice, not a place i would rent again.

Indy comfort

If you need a comfortable, convenient, small pace to stay in Indianapolis this is a great rental. Pet friendly is definitely a plus. I will stay here again. The only thing missing was a measuring cup in the kitchen.

Convenient and comfortable

This is a great place to stay near downtown Indianapolis. The host was very responsive to any questions. The pictures are accurate. Located in a quiet neighborhood. I hope to stay here again.

Conveniently Located

The property did exactly what we needed for this trip. The newly renovated upstairs area is beautiful, and the basement area will be equally beautiful when renovations are complete. The property was nice and quiet, and we’d definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Indianapolis.
