Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and warm textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living room will soon become your go-to spot for winding down and spending time with loved ones. Access your favorite streaming channels or choose from an expansive cable package from the flat screen TV as a way to start or end your day. Open to the living room is a formal dining table suitable for four guests.

Just beyond the living and dining areas, a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. Have a quick cup and plan your day at the kitchen island.

The first bedroom features a Queen size bed, and an en suite bath with a spacious shower. The second bedroom towards the rear of the apartment boasts a King Size bed, featuring a full bath with soaking tub and standing shower. Extended stays (or traveling with little ones) are a breeze with a washer and dryer found inside the unit.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Guests should be aware of the posted Sweep Zone signs.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 80 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sisters and I just got back from a sisters' trip to Savannah. The Park House Garden Apartment was wonderful. We were approximately 700 feet from the Mercer Williams House and about the same distance from Forsyth Park. Parking is on the street; however, we lucked out and got spots that were outside the door of the apartment. The apartment has been updated but still had plenty of Savannah charm. If you need accommodations in Savannah, I highly recommend The Park House Garden Apartment.

Wonderful location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of three enjoyed our stay in this lovely little apartment. The property is in a building we've stayed in before on an upper floor. The property is clean and relatively well kept and maintained. The floors in this basement apartment are concrete, so it was fairly chilly throughout our stay. The shower curtains in the bathrooms both fell down during our stay, so that was quite annoying to have to fix. The master bath shower is also really tiny. The parking is on street and metered, which we are used to as we visit Savannah often. I recommend downloading the Park Savannah app before you visit! We never had an issue getting a park close to the house. The park across the street from the house is a lovely little park and perfect if you're traveling with your little dog, like we were. Savannah is a very dog friendly town! Many restaurants and shops are within a few blocks radius, but the area is quiet and away from the bustle of Broughton Street. Be sure to visit Folklorico, directly behind the apartment building!

Noisy & Musty

The location was great but if you want to sleep with out hearing the running of the bulls above your head, don’t stay here! Also, the place was very musty and there was a dehumidifier that got full after the first day. You have to open a window while there and get fresh air so you don’t feel sick. One of my friends got sick from the mold air. The bed in the main bedroom is the worst and broke my back but who needs a back!!
