The house is fully stocked with all the necessary appointments to make you and your guests feel at home.

Blowing Rock Wow House is conveniently located just a seven-minute drive from Main St. Blowing Rock and a five-minute drive or a short downhill bicycle ride from the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. This prime location offers easy access to hiking, fishing, sightseeing, ski resorts, restaurants, shopping, and other tourist destinations in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.

And Yes We do understand that $1000 for a Pet fee is exorbitant. That is because we do not want your dog at our home to be very honest. You will understand when you see the layout in person from the pool through the accordion doors into our living room; but we also understand some pets are part of a lifestyle that no price will prohibit. It’s not refundable.

Summer months pool can be heated. For $200 a day October-December you can choose to pay $300 a day for the pool heated at current propane rates.

House can only hold 4 cars maximum in the parking area and there is no other parking in the neighborhood

This home is situated in a perfect mountain location. Just 15 minutes to Blowing Rock which is a wonderful mountain town full of excellent dining, shopping and a children’s park with a basketball court. The home itself is quite stunning and the views are spectacular. The pictures do not even capture the expanse and vista, even lovelier inside and out. We had 6 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room to spare. Everyone loved the more modern feel and great layout of this home which made perfect use of its stunning location. You are close to Grandfather mountain and hiking trails a plenty. The pool is a huge bonus. It is a great size. We heated the pool as the temp was 70 in the daytime. The kids were never cold and played in it for hours each day. We dined at Gideon Ridge Inn for a special dinner. A James Beard semi finalist with excellent food and ambience. We will definitely return. Thank you to a great owner.

Return Visit to Our Favorite Place

This was our second time at this house and it is perfection. We come as a church staff to retreat and recharge and it is an amazing space to do that. Luxury kitchen, top notch amenities, and well-stocked with every need. We used the pool for a polar plunge, the sauna, snuggled up by the fire and cooked. Thank you Cameron for a beautiful stay!

NYE Weekend

The home and host are amazing. Other reviews noted that the photos do not do the home justice and this is a fact. Stunning views from most every space. The home is equipped with everything you may possibly need. Cameron immediately responded to any questions. We will definitely recommend and look forward to going back.
