Home is located in well maintained neighborhood with a contracted snow-plower, but winter weather can vary thus precaution is always a good idea. We recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle (and chains) when visiting during winter. Please purchase travel insurance as refunds will not be given for inclement weather.
