Norman Ridge - In Town!

Elegant 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in a secluded location less than a mile from downtown Highlands. Full of charm, this home boasts three fireplaces, two living areas, antique hardwood floors, exposed antique pine beams, and a large covered screened in porch with mountain views.
The home opens into a large and lavishly stocked & updated kitchen, open to a cozy living area with a TV & fireplace, and a formal dining room surrounded by windows.
The spacious Main Livingroom has a stone woodburning fireplace, a variety of comfortable seating, and a Smart TV. The living space extends outdoors with access to either the screened porch or a backyard patio from the main living area. The backyard patio features a small water feature, an outdoor firepit, a grill and a bocce ball court.
The master bedroom offers a King sized bed and its own private bathroom with heated floors, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. It also has its own access to the screened in porch.
On the other side of the Main level is a full bathroom, 2 sets of laundry machines, a bedroom with 2 Full-sized beds, and the main foyer of the house.
Upstairs is a small landing with a desk and small couch, surrounded by 3 additional bedrooms (King + crib, 2 Twins, 2 Queens) and a bonus room with a Queen-sized bed, Toddler bed, daybed, and its own extended seating area with a Smart TV. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs for guest use.
All of this on top of the mountain yet still walkable to Downtown Highlands' world-class shops and restaurants! The home's paved driveway has a steep incline, however, so the walk back from town may be a hefty hike for those who aren't avid walkers.

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

** Please be advised that the Convenience fee is the credit card processing fee for the reservation. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may still place your reservation but will need to call the office and pay by echeck **

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.

Spring Getaway
This property was truly incredible. Beautiful views and plenty of space for a group to have individual spaces to relax. Will definitely be returning! Wonderful communication and the house was stocked with everything we could have needed.

Best Rental in Highlands
Norman Ridge far exceeded any expectations. The house is in extremely great shape while also having many timeless features and incredible character. The home was a blessing to stay in and I would like to stay here for years to come. The beds ALL are extremely comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for our group. Indoor fire places in too many rooms to count and were in great working order. The screened in porch was well kept and very relaxing. The decorations, construction, and finishes throughout this house were amazing and very well selected. All bathrooms were fantastic. Cannot say enough great things about this house.

Awesome house!
The house was fantastic. The convenience to town along with the feeling of being secluded was awesome. Very cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the stay.
